关于竞选基金法律里有这么一条，大致说就是：如果你能证明钱不是为了竞选，而是为
了其它真实合理的原因，那就很难证明 违反竞选基金法律，也就不用申报。
trump /cohen 这个 钱是付给 风暴 是双方 签了一个 “非公开协议”，这种协议在名
人，那些很在乎 名誉的 人群里很普遍，比如你很有名，但有个人出来说，我什么时间
，地点看到你干这个了，等等，你打官司 这事儿半真半假就公开，所以很多名人 花钱
了事儿，跟你签这么一个协议。
Cohen 要是只有这么一个事儿在检察官手里，这个官司打下去，几乎cohen会 walk
away，就是无罪，参看原民主党星星 John，还是 2004 副总统候选人，
john 竞选2008，婚内期间，花了 1M 给小三，2011 因滥用竞选基金被起诉，但最后无
罪，抗辩就是 john 说 这钱不是为了竞选，因为不想被自己的妻子家庭知道自己的“
丑事”，为了这个 我才化这钱“安抚”出轨小三，所以没有申报，

cohen 估计有两个麻烦事儿
1，作为可能 trump fixer，背后干给了 hush money （好多亿万富翁都有这类人。。
。）；但违反的法律却是 跟 竞选有关，就是这笔钱没有申报；我看FEC 网站，这个如
属实，会有 Administrative Fine，好像构不成犯罪；剩下的都是 面子的事儿！
2，就是cohen 自己背着trump 干的一些 经济问题；比如受了 T家 20万，现在cohen
这些经济 问题被抓住了，回头看看当初他自己home 被raid 也是主要这个原因，那这
些罪估计cohen 躲不掉了；
好像，cohen 现在的策略是 拉住trump，甚至威胁trump legal team，要揭漏“内幕”
，目的很明显，就是 靠trump 脱罪同时 please 那些起诉他的人，换来轻判，甚至无
罪。因为，这些人的最终target 当然是 trump！
我觉得这个有点蠢，因为现在能真的帮他其实就是trump，如果 他能一下子搞到trump
，trump 因为他手中的料，被弹劾，下台等等，pence 上台，cohen 能脱罪？

一把, 虽然觉得赌注代价太大, 但要是成了, 就一劳永逸了; 输了, 他这一辈子也完了!

看起来cohen's D= "'pred'的regression coefficient" 除以 "回归模型的预测值"的
standard deviation.
请问这样计算cohen's D 对吗？ |
