41800（MSRP大概69k）。老X5内饰太旧了。如果你能接受5系GT的外形，绝对是family
car的好选择。后排空间大（7系底盘），配置高，加速和handling我感觉比新的X5要好
。准备再加个Cobb或者JB4的tune，把马力调教到370HP. |

油耗稍好。
真正的质变是发动机的
首先是马力增大，本来FXT开起来引擎就比较轻松，
现在是更加的游刃有余，力道的反应很灵敏，动力随叫随到，0-60可以随便进入6秒内
了。
另外，引擎的声音小很了多，而且频率变的有些像白噪音的感觉，
所以，除非是地板油，一般开基本就听不到引擎的发力的声音，真的是又平滑，又安静。
总之，建议你也上Cobb，完全是质变。
另外，强烈推荐换endlink，方向盘的指向和手感好太多了。 |

还真不见得。
subaru的 FXT的DIT 使用cobb 刷一把ECU，马力就可以提到接近300hp，
0-60 从6秒轻松进到5秒。
这还是用的最通用的优化，如果上etune的话，还要厉害。 |

一年内需要换timing belt。
另外一部车是2014年 Subaru Forester Basic model, 63,000 mile, manual
transmission. $15,500.

底子要好，改装件要舍得上
起因是我领导老板一辆macan低配
我老婆羡慕嫉妒，无奈买不起啊
我一查macan低配 也就252hp
前胎宽245，后胎宽295
我就琢磨着把FXT改改 看能不能改到追平macan的性能操控.

发帖数: 883 | 24 住近的（285大环之内）基本初高中就是上私立的节奏。公立的基本没有好的。
Chamblee Charter是个magnet school，考分还过得去。Dunwoody，Sandy Springs的高
中也只能说是过得去吧。另外Buckhead的中学都有IB program，应该比正常的program
还强些。
中国人基本聚居在北边的Alpharetta, Duluth, Johns Creek，也有如GA区版主住在南
边的Peachtree City。这些地方有好的公立。但远，单程至少要40分钟，堵车时1小时
开外。East Cobb可能稍近些，但中国人相对也少点。
老美的一个好学区的地方是City of Decatur，近。但也贵。
我住Buckhead，commute GT单程10-15分钟，堵车时20-25分钟（不过一般也很少在5点
到6点半的堵车时间开）。如果要近的话，可以考虑一下中学走私立。一年2w，取决于
几个娃啦。 |

。然后一定要实地去看房子。看多了就知道自己喜欢啥样的房子了。在好学区的房子保
值些，亚特兰大好学区我知道的主要是east Cobb和alphretta（不知道拼对没有）。然
后各种附加条件自己组合。高压线，Corner， 后院悬崖。。。。各种情况在这里都不
少见。
经验还是得自己积累呀。 |

我听到的版本是这样的
东海的整个校园是贝聿铭(&Cobb)建筑事务所负责设计监造
当时陈其宽是所里的实习生(还是正式员工，记不得了)
至少贝聿铭是挂名Lead Designer
也就是说，陈其宽画完图必须贝聿铭签字才能送出去
所以保存的原始图面上都有贝聿铭的签名
贝聿铭在成大被学生质问东海校园太传统，因此决定突破
陈其宽受命设计
贝聿铭同意
台湾的结构技师与贝聿铭所的结构技师合作结构设计
So...因为陈其宽后来也成了一方宗师，才会惹出这段公案
若是陈其宽默默无名，恐怕就不会有这些争议了
ＰＳ：贝聿铭应征设计白宫东厢时提出的履历只有一件就是东海路思义教堂

说实话Laurel pond at kimball还是挺值得，我也进去看过，房子该有的都有，我觉得
经济好了会升值的。根据有没有yard和basement价格不一样。小区不大，一半地是
Centax的，另一半是另外一个小builder叫lot one home，是个customized builder.我
知道centax在那里有个临kimball road的房子在promotion，每天降1000刀，直到卖出
去为止。不过我不建议买临街的，不好resale.
Centax在alpharetta做的还不错，前见天被Putle收购了，应该没太大问题。
如果你在emory工作，建议别住alpharetta,太堵。看看Dunwoody（30338）sandy
spring（30328）和east cobb吧。对了，好像pulte在emory附近一个downhose区马上要
建好了，可以看看。 |

City of Atlanta就有1%的消费税，所有非食品类都比其他地方多收1%的sales tax.以
前Cobb,Gwinett和Fulton County的税也有1%的差别。
