title的费用跟买价和loan amount相关，NY分两个zone，按多的算吧，大概$2500；
NY的government recording fee奇高，$1000；
不算buyer attorney，这就$5200了，再加上NY的苛捐杂税。。。备个万把块吧。 |

你这不算过分的。 我下过一个OFFER。是个老房子， LIST上说的NEED TLC。
看看人家的要求：
1 CASH OFFER ONLY。
2 No Contingency( loan, inspection, 连Appraiser Contingency 通通去掉）
3 10天CLOASED的时间。
最后LIST $170K最后$250K成交。
所以，不是要求和不合理，而是卖家有没有底气。 |

我当时有个美国这边的postdoc offer在手。 我不停push 澳洲那边， 澳洲那边在放出
position 广告后的一周内就给我面试，三轮面试完后，就写信给了offer.但这个是非
正式的。我让那边给正式offer letter. 那边的人说只有等cloasing date 之后才能给
出正式的材料。所以待遇什么都没有谈。
楼主的情况可能要等到申请截止后才能面试。我那边之所以这么快要我，主要原因是他
们要招3人，所以确定一个也没有什么问题。另外，估计这个世界上的要毕业的phd 因
该没有几个背景比我更符合他们的需求了。 |
