自2014年12月起，Cisco与Arista围绕产品专利展开了旷日持久的专利案。但在昨日，
加州圣何塞市的陪审团认为，Arista没有侵犯思科的专利。陪审团判定Arista不需要向
思科支付赔偿。
本次专利案中的关键是Arista是否因为采用许多相同的命令配置其硬件，思科称Arista
可以使用其命令——业界称之为命令行界面或CLI，但是滥用了超过500个具有思科版权
的命令。
Arista认为其行为是合法的，因为思科的命令已经演变成许多公司和设备采用的行业标
准，而思科作为回应，提交了其应用面更小的一组受版权保护的命令证据。
陪审团虽然认为Arista确实侵犯了思科命令的版权，但是也接受了Arista的说法——其
他公司也用了思科的命令，但是没被起诉。
思科发言人在邮件中表示，思科将审查裁决的细节，并确定其审判后继续上诉。Arista
首席执行官Jayshree Ullal称：“这是整个网络行业道德上的胜利。” |

的），一些硬件(DSP, FPGA之类的）,C和汇编什么的。这些比较精熟，问题是凭这些玩意儿完全找不到工作（IC的应该还
行）。
然后多媒体媒体软件，CAD软件，办公软件什么的就不用提了。
计算机的算法学了，语言学了C++/Java/C#/Objective C/VB.NET/PHP/Perl/JavaScript（没学过的也很多,Python,
Fortran, Pascal, COBOL什么的）。所有语言都至少做过课程project大小项目。的主要学C++ (C++/CLI, Managed
C++) 和Java EE。可是C++要深度，Java要经验，都不简单。觉得C#和VB前景又不甚好，PHP工资太低，iPhone程序开
发运气成分多。
暑假就要毕业了。如果保持这样肯定找不到（实习）工作。咋办咧？计算机专攻一门还是坚持本专业？ |
