现在要买Oracle Databse的Processor License， 怎么用cat ／proc／cpuinfo发现有
这么多（１6个）processor，那一个server的license就得几十万，老板不疯掉？ 不
知道我按１6x ＄／per processor license 来算对不对？下面是我们的server的CPU
info：

的主板都可以通过刷bios来支持c2d。但是是不是这个compaq的机器即便fsb达到也未必
