以前帮朋友寄过几次奶粉。我一直都是网上买label，在customs的物品清单里我一直写
“naifen”。
这次按班上的帖子，我在Paypal买了label。我物品一栏还是写“naifen”。今天一个
clerk非要我回去cancel而后再买label。他说必须英文，我说这是中国海关看的，我觉
得拼音好。他说不行，于是我建议我拿笔改写一下。他不同意。必须我大热天回家
cancwl在买一次。我就说我一共寄过4/5次了，没有这种情况。他说那就是以前没看见
，我让他拿出policy，他说他说的就是policy，然后我想继续问，他就非常不耐烦的说
我没完没了了，其中说话对我的态度非常恶略。我感觉这是故意难为我。我生气走了，
马上想到没要名字，我打电话，邮局不接。我突然想起上个月去邮局办事，就是他手里
的，拿出receipt一看他的员工号是22.请问知道邮寄地址，再知道他员工号。我该去哪
里投诉。 |

网上打印label，结果没有出来scan form，到了邮局，clerk也没有当场scan，结果现
在第三天了，也没有被scan过。网上依然显示Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS
这种情况，万一包裹丢了，是不是我就自认倒霉了？
另外，有什么办法保证每次打印label的时候都能出来scan form？如果没出来是不是我
应该取消订单重新打印？

我印象中是第一次先过去，把资料都交了说要结婚。
然后等至少24小时。
之后就可以再去一次，举行仪式并领取证件了。
两次的地方可以不一样。
CITYHALL旁的CLERK OFFICE应该会漂亮点。一般周一，周五会相对多人。
早上10点前到的话，人会少一点。不用预约，走进去就可以了。当然要带齐证件和一名
证婚人。

The offered position is Auditor, but the prevailing wage is 4k higher than
my salary if I use category "Accountant /Auditor". That's why I'm thinking
to use category"Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Auditing Clerks" which has a
lower prevailing wage. |

我知道的情况是这样的：理论上，没有六四绿卡的中国籍学生是可以用普通绿卡身份或
者OPT来做法官助理的。当然，如果法官的工作地点在美国本土的话，中国籍助理是不
能领工资的。这一点我和联邦法院的office of general counsel核实过，他们以前也
处理过类似的情况，说只要不拿工资而且法官点头，就没有问题。
但在实际操作中这是一个很大的问题。绝大多数法官对这方面的规定不是很了解，各法
院里也有传闻说有的法官雇了外籍助理但手续没有办全，所以不得不在最后一分钟重新
找人的，所以除非外籍申请者特别优秀，多数法官都会优先考虑没有身份和报酬限制的
学生的。这一点在我自己尝试的过程中深有体会（当然也很有可能是我自己太差了，人
家找个不伤人自尊心的借口把我据掉。。。）
总而言之，中国籍学生做federal clerk，不但要做好一年零收入的打算，还要非常的
优秀，更要遇上一个愿意找外国人的法官，三者缺一不可。
