联邦海关边境保护局（CBP）11月4日发布新闻稿指出，上周有一群中国与墨西哥偷渡客
，共乘一艘墨西哥小船（panga）在橙县抢滩登陆被捕。被捕的中国偷渡客有六人，包
括一名女性。
新闻稿指出，11月1日午夜刚过，这艘小船在圣克里门（San Clemente）南方的圣马刁
岬（San Mateo Point）停靠。13个人迅速下船涉水上岸，跑进附近社区。
其实小船行踪早已被海关边境保护局夜视监视器牢牢掌握，等所有偷渡客跑进社区，边
境巡警立即抓人，不过还是有四人落跑。
被逮九人有三人来自墨西哥，包括“船长”，另外五男一女来自中国，他们都被带去海
关边境保护局等待下一步。 |

隔着比较远，有Privacy, 自家管好自家的那种。两个双开门大铁门，大院多树，孩子
们在自家院子里玩。安全小区，10几年没有偷盗抢等犯罪。（因为很多家都有fence，
gate 和大狗）。邻居有律师，石油professional, 和自家开公司的。学区不错，初中
GARCIA 这两年在fort bend ISD 排名和FIRST COLONY 相当，高中AUSTIN，没有
Clements 那么stressful.

学校为colony meadows elementary, Fort Settlement Middle, Clements High。小区
就在Lexington Blvd上，近59公路，6号公路，和90公路。步行距离到Colony Mall,邮
局，图书馆等。
区域很安全，小区内多为亚裔；有gym, pool, 儿童的playground等。室内是最近装修
的，条件还不错。并且有免费的洗衣机和烘干机。我们七月底可以搬出，lease到十月
底结束。如果喜欢，可以和manager商量续签。我们是2月底的市场价格，比目前的价格

"Just so people know, this deal of $298 is still alive. I used the zip code
link and found 2 stores near me in Orange County that had it in stock. I
called the one in San Clemente, CA and they had 1 on display, and more in
the back. Went in there this afternoon, and they had to go into the back
where they are locked up but I walked out with one for $330 ish with tax and
recycling fee.
