Yes, funds can be added to a BBVA Compass ClearSpend card with a BBVA
Compass debit card or with cash deposited in a BBVA Compass branch, at a
Visa ReadyLink location, or ATM. Visa ReadyLink merchants may charge a fee
for this service. The maximum limit is $2,500 deposited via debit card. For
