当初签合同的时候已经说好 卖方要住到5月底 因为他们的孩子还在上高中 马上毕业
所以他们现在等于在租房子
当初在attorney扯皮的过程中 他们就说只负责lawn的maintenance 至于spring
cleanup shrubs/tree maintenance应该我们负责 当时我的律师说OK 因为
spring cleanup也花不了几个钱
前几天close 卖方给了我他们以前用的2个公司的报价
第一个spring cleanup要225 好像就是捡捡树枝 枯叶什么的
另外一个公司直接吓哭本WSN了

同事告诉我这活确实比较贵 但本WSN没搞过这些 不懂行情啊

1. 每个函数单一的出口(函数尾部)
2. 每个函数单一的cleanup，这样在出错处理时，集中处理能很好地避免内存泄漏等问题
3. 逻辑简单，不容易出现if大规模地嵌套，也不需要一些状态变量来从两重以上的循
环中退出
4. 代码易维护。多加一段代码一般不会影响以前代码的执行。
举个例子, 以上这几点都体现在下面的代码里。虽略显繁琐，但确实是我非常喜欢的一
