牙结石堆积的速度因人而异，不是说早晚刷牙半年洗一次牙就一定没问题的
牙结石不及时清理确实会让骨头变少牙缝变大
最严重的后果就是你牙医说的骨头变少最后牙齿掉了
mm还是先弄清楚自己是不是牙结石堆积的比较快再决定要不要deep clean吧
如果真的是，做个deep clean还是有好处的，另外吃了饭马上刷牙应该会有帮助 |

烘干机抽气管的积尘问题。
我们家买房子的时候，装修师傅偶然发现那个烘干机vent的管子已经完全松动，他们后
来帮我掏出几大盒的lint。如果这个问题当时没有发现，将是火患的大隐患。

，是洗完后牙齿不但没有改善反而变得不舒服了，特别是对冷热更敏感了。deep
cleaning是要把护在压根上的牙肉扒开，说是要清理牙根上的牙石，可能是能够清理，
但牙肉和牙根也分开了，牙根就直接接触食物了，所以对冷热比较敏感了。我的deep
cleaning是分两次做的，因为出血比较多，一次做是不行的。几年前也做过，然后后悔
了，结果最近好了伤疤忘了疼了，又去做了一把，以后真的绝对不会去做了 |

麻烦推荐bellevue或者sammamish/issaquah的好牙医吧， 希望水平高一点，又不太
push你take 各种 treatment的，最怕明明没事，应要你deep clean或者补个牙什么的
。。。

而且，更让我不能接受的是，我们搬进去时房子根本不干净，很多灰，厨房的vent
hood很多很多的油渍，烤炉，洗碗机里也很脏，现在我离开时已经打扫的很好了，房东
居然还说厨房不干净，她出租给我们前请人做了deep cleaning

发帖数: 203 | 32 最近開始把增肌方式由dirty bulk（快速增肌）轉換到了clean bulk（精细增肌），明
顯的視覺效果就是肌肉在bulk起來的同時，線條比以前好看了，而且腹部出現了6塊腹
肌的雛形。
以前dirty bulk的時候，採用的是“高蛋白，高碳水化，高脂肪”的飲食方案，巧克力
，薯片，油炸食物，冰淇淋什麼的都隨便吃，睡前還會補充脂肪和碳水化物含量高的蛋
糕和牛奶，健身只進行器械訓練，結果是體重很快就增長上來了，肌肉增加了，脂肪也
增加了，有段時間視覺效果是，胸肌很大，肚子和胸肌一樣大，個別時候還能比胸肌更
大（汗）。。。
然後開始覺得這樣的bulk方法不行，在Ryan1的提示下，開始轉換到clean bulk，主要
是：
・保持“高蛋白質，適度碳水化物，低脂肪”的飲食方案
・有飢餓感的話，會適度補充低脂肪的飲食，保證不餓到（不餓肚子，當在餓肚
子的時候，身體機制會自動啟動保護作用，使用肌肉的能量供應身體，所以你肚子餓，
瘦的是肌肉，不是脂肪。要減脂肪一定要吃足基礎代謝率，身體才不會啟動保護作用，

肌肉，哪些去了肥肉。
基本上决定因素说白了就是基因。当然严格的控制饮食结构，饮食和运动schedule，这
些肯定是会起到一定作用的。但是基因起主导作用这个是没法变的。
结论就是：
clean bulk完全可能，但是效果因人而异
clean bulk要求严格，但是进度慢
我觉得总体效果还是不如bulk+cut
我不知道lz的具体情况，但是也有可能是没有真正的“增肌”，只有维持肌肉和力量的
同时减了体脂，看上去好像是肌肉增加了轮廓更明显。有可能你感觉经历的clean bulk
其实是介于bulk和cut之间的compromise，偏向于cut的过程。
bulk＋cut为什么要分开，因为效果明显，成效快速显著，就是打一个肌肉脂肪在两种
极端(无氧有氧, calorie surplus/deficit)情况下变化快慢的“速度差”，两个阶段
越分离，这个速度差也就越大，综合的效果也就越好。 |

checkout时都要交的吗？也就是说即使list的是80/night, 不算人多加钱，最后结帐是
80+Tax+cleaning fee? 这样算来，如果我只住一个晚上并不划算啦 （为了省路上时间
，打算在大岛上每天换地方住）？在expedia上查的condo 大概150(include tax and

现在正在洗衣服呢。。。
silk的裙子都叫我dry clean,我直接扔洗衣机里了，用冷水，但我是烘到半干的时候拿
出来晾在房间里，避免缩小。
如果衣服比较轻薄，又不想去干洗，可以自己手洗，浸水池里放点洗衣液和柔顺剂，1
、2小时后用手搓搓，rinse，就可以了，很容易。怕机洗坏主要是那个力度太大，和烘
干机烘缩小。
羊毛成分高的，就不要碰水了。。 |

刚买了台t420s，还没收到。计划到手后先clean install windows 7。有些问题没有特
别明白。
1）那个hidder partition有必要留么？现在手头的x200是删了的，不过不知道咋弄得
，现在没有音量显示。当然ThinkVantage也全删了。
还有个partition 叫什么servicev003,没敢动。也就1.5g左右。
2）ThinkVantage 有必要留么？如果想留，能只装我想要的功能吗？，像active
protection啥的。
3）Bios 什么时候update合适？

去年11月份，雇了一家公司清理家里的所有3个unit。他们给了2200的估价，但是如果
全现金的话可以折扣到1600，从了，现在还保留着invoice。
但是后来主卧里面还总是灰尘比较大，这一年换了好多种不同的air filter，总不见效
。最近又请这家公司来查查原因。来的人说主卧的unit看起来根本不像去年clean过的
。他们承诺会让公司的owner联系我。
很快就收到owner的电话，我要求他们免费清理这个unit，他耍无赖说已经一年了，时
间太长了。只能同意让他们再把3个unit都clean一次，价格比去年稍低。
感觉很不公平，有啥办法？
