问过朋友,别人说牙医会先给个evaluation,在给个list告诉我那些推荐我做,要多少钱,
前面有网友也说了他的牙医就是这样,现在可以看到,牙医和牙医差别太大了.这里有几
个细节,我之前说过了,你可能没有注意.
1. 我打电话就是要求做个deep cleaning, 然后说要做个exam,然后我问多少钱,对方说
usually free, 这个其实不关键,我后来也很明确表示和exam相关的两项费用我都愿意
付.
2. 在做exam之前, 我就告诉医生,我就是来做个exam,来决定我要不要deep cleaing.我
1/4 deep cleaning的钱要$89 after discount, 这些我事先都有准备,因为我有个朋友
用的同样的plan,前不久洗的牙,所以大概的钱,我都知道.
3. 医生当时没有问我要不要debridement,而是说的, i will do a debridement for
you now, ok? 我当时没有明白这个是啥,以为他就是要告诉我他每一步要做什么,而且

基本情况：
今年10月1号h1才生效，化工专业
10月7号回国，10月12号去上海签证
预约的时间是上午10点，但是我8点就到了梅龙镇，就进去了。
上了楼，进门的时候窗口的保安要看预约时间，前面一个人就没让进去。
轮到我就让我进去了。进去之后交表，然后等了很长时间才轮上，好像叫号比较随机。
interview的看起来是一个老墨大妈，已经开始到处看我的表格和开始在电脑上输入
啥么东西了，问我有没有resume和job description，赶紧递上，一看我文件袋里面
还有一张纸，问那是啥，我说是我以前research的abstract,她也要。然后在电脑
上狂输，接着就说要check,我赶紧argue,没用。编了各种理由，就是不理。因为
还要travle，只好要了护照走了。被告知check会在2-3周内完成。
一周之后开始打电话到DC查，一开始都说是pending,后来一nice老太太说材料已经
收到了，稍稍放心。美国时间10月29号，刚好是已经2周了，上午打电话说还是pending,
下午再打说已经clea |

Infopass三次都是同样的结果，background check/fingerprint/name check all clea
red，case is currently with an officer, blah...
SR两次也是一样的答复，Your case is currently with an adjudicating officer. Y
ou should receive a decision or notice of further action within 60 days.
还骚扰了本地议员，结果更加positive，直接把USCIS的信截屏发给我：Case is curre
ntly with an officer for review and your constituent should receive notifica
tion in 7-14 days.
结果呢，一次又一次的失望，还是杳无音讯。看来不管什么样的回复，都是拿来搪塞糊

square feet 的house 第一次deep cleaning 要价 200 多，基本是32-35 一个小时算.
而且有些不是按整个project 来算，而是按小时算，就是说如果清洁工工作速度慢，
完成不了也要付那么多钱。 后来我从cragilist 上随便问了一家，刚好给的价格低比
较低，我就抱着试试看的态度，约了过来打扫， 这位清洁工来自乌克兰，干起活来非
常干练，她老公是美国人，一起帮忙收拾东西，吸尘等，也非常熟手。 我的灶台和抽
油烟机本来油乎乎的，给清洁得和新的一样。玻璃窗给擦得真的是一尘不染。洗手间清
洁得很专业。我以前在西雅图也请过清洁工，也是来自乌克兰的人很能干，墨西哥的人
不太行。他们两个一共工作了5个多小时，加起来就是10小时多了，按小时算真是很便
宜。具体价格不透露了，到时候你们可以自己问他们公司。最后，她老公还主动帮我把
未装好的自行车给完成了最后的安装，让我很感动。所以我在这推荐一下他们，虽然我
