独立屋位置Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Santa Clara 三市交接处，非常安静，很多的街趴
可以停车，离Kaiser 2分钟，周围很多好的餐厅，中餐，韩国菜，日本菜等等。
房子刚重新装修过：厨房，卫生间，壁炉，客厅，和院子的deck。配备了新的家电，
卧室里已经准备了新的queen size的床和床垫，和简单家具。
新装修的洗手间，租客自己用，double sink。3分钟开去cuptertino Village, 大华，
