Criminal traffic ticket,后来找律师上庭改判成了civil ticket, 判决书上写的是

我的理解是最后这个case是以civil ticket为结果，不会有criminal traffic ticket
记录。不太清楚具体这个arizona的code具体属于什么归类，但我查到的code注解如下：

上次为一部电影这么叫好还是少年派。就是有wow的感觉,觉得居然可以这么好看！
当然了，我有两个儿子替我科普些常识，平日里经常吹吹谁是谁的耳边风。娃大了一点
儿后的最近两三年呢，我的品味也是越来越商业化，去艺术片化，童真化，和以星战为
代表的超级粉化。
这些都貌似是欣赏此片的先行条件。但在acquire了这个taste之后呢，omg, civil war
堪称完美。
一，大结构上，主题完整和谐，构思巧妙自然，内容丰富厚重。civil war it is! 杀
人见血，名副其实。
二，小细节上，含蓄，有品。随便两三句对话，温柔中见血。刻画的功力深厚。很多桥
段居然有艺术片的感觉。
三，从超级fandom, geekdom 的层次上，厚厚，惊艳！spiderman, black pantha,

每次到了同性婚姻的话题，总会有这样的问题提出，为什么同性恋者不能接受CIVIL
UNION。可以保证同性恋者民事结合和异性恋者的婚姻拥有同样的权利。同时又所谓的
不伤害传统婚姻的定义。我想这样的争论还会持续下去，婚姻和民事结合到底有什么不
同。我做了一点简单的功课， CIVIL UNION 和MARRIAGE有以下的不同
1. 移民权，民事结合的对象不拥有联邦政府所承认的移民权利，如果是和美国公民结
婚的话，拿绿卡时一件非常容易的事情。但是民事结合的伴侣，即使注册的话，也没有
任何途径可以移民。
2。免税权，民事结合的伴侣不享有免税的权力。仍然要以两个单身人士的名义报税。
每年至少要多付出几千，甚至上万的税收。
3. 福利权 异性婚姻的伴侣大概拥有 一千多项福利和保护，比如当年一方去世后，另

关键不是工资低，是精神孽待的问题。那个老板非常rude, 非常mean。他会在每个办公
室装摄像头，他坐在办公室里随时监督你的一举一动。如果工作上有一点差错，他会破
口大骂，脏话满天飞。在这样的老板手下工作，谁也受不了。

FAQ，发现他们还举例说明了traffic engineering和civil 的不同，不能用来做civil
的工作经验。很郁闷，我看其他的traffic engineer不是也拿PE吗? 只是不知道是不是
加州的。

先例，所以希望大家不要找我推荐工作了。写一点东西，给想在Texas Houston 找工作
的Civil Engineer同行的建议。
Texas Houston的公司每年都招很多civil / structural engineer. 推荐大家去
rigzone上面注册。上面会有猎头去搜索简历。Houston structural engineer基本上供
不应求。建议大家自己去碰运气。另外最好找认识的人推荐。
简历上，如果你有ANSYS , Abcus经验，最好写明你用这两个软件做过什么。这两个是
最常用的有限元分析软件。SAP2000, RAM Structure, SAFE这些结果软件，没有什么人
用，所以简历上提了基本没用。RISA 3D也只有很少的人用。Offshore秆件分析用SACS,
估计Civil Engineer用的也很少。

& GEOTECH engineer干点活，知道一些，但是离pe的要求还差很多。civil里面的环境
就是常识问题。公司的老pe举了个例子，大意说下面那个是bacteria，答案选e.coli.

我去年才开始工作，第一分工作。我学GEOLOGY在学校MASTER毕业，在一个
ENVIRONMENTAL
CONSULTING公司作CONSULTANT，从最底层干起。工资低，40K不到，公司也很一般的小公
司，而且还一天不如一天。感觉有点没劲。我找工作时候也找了BIG NAME COMPANY，他们
都没有理我。看到这里有不少CIVIL 和ENVIRONEMTNAL ENGINEER。 我想问问大家，大公
司是不是工资一般怎样， 是不是 |

只用了一本manual，主要我也确实没别的书可看因为我没上相关的本科课程，研究生短短时间都是用点笔记拉到了。但是当时周围工作的中国朋友都是只用这一本书过
的。当时公司的一个中国女PhD告诉我们她了解很多中国人也就是用这么一本书。所以我也没有别的就看这么一本。
不过去考场的时候觉得挺吓人，因为大多数人都是好多本书。我就这么一本，觉得挺可笑的。
普通的咨询公司environ还是civil没大区别
utility公司尤其能源厂貌似更喜欢civil或者chemical的pe，里面的人告诉我他们不把
environ的pe当作engineer
和油气沾边的当然cheme,mech，civil的好点
一些公司的health相关的职业那种好不了解，估计environ的pe更对口点
别管什么好不好，哪个对自己容易就考哪个。大不了需要的时候再考另一门的pe，那个
时候就不需要申请而是直接考就可以了 |

过了一两个星期，按预约再看医生，还是女医生，拆了，完了也就几分钟。
收到账单，把我吓一跳，那个女医生最后一次的账单是这样

一个特殊的治疗，1160美元，
这个特殊的治疗1160美元把我激怒了，和妻子确认根本就没有的事，因为我们是HIGH
DEDUCTIBLE的保险计划，1160美元要我们付，我认为这个女医生想从保险公司骗钱，但
