310.95×40.35×17呎、馬力4,300匹、最高時速15浬、備12公分速射砲一門、57公厘速
射砲一門、47公厘機關砲二門。長寬吃水、馬力、時速諸項尚不見別處，無從通過比較
去作判斷。排水量一項則顯然差誤至極，害得不知就裏的孫克復／關捷照抄如儀（見其
書頁114）。戚其章說此輪的排水量是1,652噸，時速僅得10.3浬（見其書頁107），則
又錯往另一方向了；因為他沒有交代史源，不知何所據。遇到這種情形，採用船東主的

我搜了下各个大学：
各个大学都是要不然学校公寓+10%左右的月收入做租金，要不然提供Non-Accountable
Cash Allowance（NCA）
HKU：都有房补，学校公寓只给副教授以上住，副教授只能住3年。其余的时间和AP都是
NCA。注明了是unlimited time
CUHK：从四万多月收入开始有房补，所以基本上应该是包含了所有的faculty，没提限
制，应该也是unlimited time
UST：学校公寓或者NCA，unlimited time
PolyU：曾经是53000开始有房补，为了增强竞争力，后来改为50000左右开始。而且不
够50000的AP依然可以申请破例拿房补。有没有十年的限制？

What about the funding application rate in US?
BTW, where did you get that 10%.
Normally, university or department should have some initial funding.
Is your friend enjoying the funding and publishing well in US now?
I wonder if it is fair to blame his lack of publication to HKU.
Doesn't HKU have on campus housing? So does UST and CityU.
Those houses are spacious.

香港高校2011年內地招生已經基本結束。香港大學今年共收到來自內地的本科入學
申請10362份，最終錄取291人，包括11名省級狀元，北京更是有3名狀元選擇港大。香
港城市大學今年投放內地198個名額，在北京的錄取線理科平均分為650分，文科為629
分，都大大高於一本線，可謂競爭激烈。這些數字讓很多想投考香港高校的學生望而卻
步——門檻太高了，是不是隻有狀元或者成績特別拔尖的才能被錄取？
狀元未必獲錄取
報考情況的確熱烈，不過，港大最終錄取的狀元，隻有17人，而申請者中，擁有“
狀元”頭銜的超過40人。
香港大學內地事務總監黃依倩說，港大內地招生絕非“唯狀元論”。學校的錄取原
