发帖数: 9939 | 2 1周一次regularly。中国店一趟+walmart一趟。我和老公特会吃菜吃水果，不够了就附
近的店里补充一下。
肉主要是牛肉，猪肉，有时候买个羊腿，小鸡来烤烤。偶尔鱼虾市场买个5磅大虾吃两
周。牛排买来当天或第二天就吃掉。pork ribs烤了可以吃2炖，小鸡烤了也吃两顿。羊
腿烤了炖萝卜可能马上吃完了，老公最爱。鱼不是很会做，所以很少吃鱼。偶尔吃猪排
。每周都会炖肉汤。牛尾骨汤，猪骨头汤，猪蹄香菇汤，换着来。开始有点厌烦了，天
天就吃这些玩意。顺便问美国的猪肉咋这么难吃啊。国内的五花肉一煎香喷喷的，这边
咋蔫蔫的，臭臭的。
蔬菜，大白菜一定要，小白菜用来煮面条，萝卜，西红柿，芋头，茄子，洋葱，蘑菇，
上海青，西芹，等等。每天吃新鲜的蔬菜。我们还爱吃豆制品：豆干，风味素鸡，豆腐
每次都要。
我会存一些面条，饺子，年糕，肉丸子，海鲜丸子，肉末等等以备不时之需。
做饭已经开始做的很生气了，周末想去买猪耳朵，猪舌头，beef shrank，牛蹄筋，卤
一大锅。然后冻起来。想偷懒了。
我爱吃橘子类的水果：橙子，柚子，citrus，grape fruit等等都爱，老公爱吃苹果和

发帖数: 2407 | 3 此款面包是葡萄牙的圣诞面包。材料和stollen有点相似，最大的共同点是：提前一天
将干果泡入酒中（正宗的是用葡萄牙的port酒，我只有朗姆酒）。
家里事先就有一包mix dried fruit，我用了里面的芒果、木瓜、葡萄干、椰子、枣子
。另外，我加了蔓越莓干和杏子干。其实你可以用你喜欢的任何水果，然后混入面团中。
方子来源于ultimate bread.
但是我根据家里的实际情况调整了干果的种类。
我还是将原方子给你，便于你自己调整方子。
100g glace citrus peel, chopped
3 tbsp each raisins and pine nuts (我将松子换成了almond)
100 ml port
2 1/2 tsp yeast
100 ml water
500 g unbleached flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
以上干果提前一晚上放入酒中泡。第二天用漏勺将酒漏干净，干果备用。将酵母放入温
水中溶解，静置5分钟。
同时，你将面粉和盐混合均匀，在中间挖一个洞，将酵母倒入其中，将四周面粉划入一

餐前沙拉：
Fruit Younger Salad
喜欢的沙拉一份，芒果切丁，黑橄榄切片，小芽菜一把，配上你喜欢的dressing.
主菜:
Saucy Citrus Scallops
新鲜大海贝流水花开，然后用厨房纸巾擦干，撒上很少的盐和黑胡椒，在放了橄榄油的
平锅煎熟。并浇少料汁。
料汁： 一杯鲜榨的橙汁，2大勺生抽，两大勺蜂蜜，盐，黑胡椒，小火，熬到份量减半
就好。
Garlic Steak
牛排在花纹锅上两面煎上纹， 用锡纸包上洋葱垫底，牛排，蒜，牛排酱，包起来，烤
到你喜欢的熟度就好，我的因为是小朋友吃，烤的老了一些。
蔬菜意面
意大利面煮熟，流水冲洗，然后空水。
橄榄油，爆香蒜蓉，放入飞水的青菜，再放意大利面，半块butter，炒匀就好。
甜品：
Ice Cream Cake
Black Rose Cheesecake
情人节，当然要有玫瑰，第一次用巧克力做玫瑰花，很难看的样子 .....

bleach. you have to buy certain type of cleaner for hot tub (something like
citrus), you can find it at amazon or your local swimming pool supply store |

择就很多了，偶喜欢白兰花(Michelia alba)，树形优美，花很香，缺点是比较怕涝，
加州比较多人喜欢玉兰(magnolia)，比较容易种，可以去local nursery问问。 |

i think local nurseries knows better, because they deal with the local
