All my Citicards were shut down this weekend as well (I found out while on
vacation trying to buy gas). At first I thought it might be a fraud alert,
but then when the rep couldn't tell me the reason for the closure, I knew
what happened. And then I came to see all the new shutdowns reported here.
Since getting the Preferred card earlier this year, I've probably averaged

真实case:
某人用某行的卡被FR,里面的人看完税表,就问某人你某年某月某日在超市买gc卡,一次
不过了你还来第二次干吗,居然还打电话来问是不是不可以,我们同事已经告诉你不行我
们不喜欢看到这个东西,你还买,你这个不就是套现拿积分搞银行嘛,哪有超市买这么高

我已经查过一年内的帖子了，根本没人提过不能call，而且我经常call，几乎所以问题
都能电话里解决。
这是一张新卡，今天刚拿到，很多问题，我不明白的，都会打电话去问，我不是那种倒
腾什么cash back的人，我只是真的需要买一些gift cards，因为平时加油经常遇到不
收credit card的。
有时候路过一些帖子，你们抱怨的问题，我从来都没有遇到，因为我从来不搞这些deal
就为省几十块钱，我是很忠诚的用户。
只不过我希望这次用这张卡买而已
这是我4年来，第一次用信用卡，买giftcard。
btw， 我又打了一次电话，第二个客服连想都没想，直接告诉我说，买任何gift card
都算merchantised，她还告诉我，第一个客服是错的，她不懂。 |
