说我胡说八道，我改正了版主还在下面纠缠。说什么“显然不是你说的基本没有quant
trading team”，言下之意就是我know nothing呗。我知道的是不多，可是我这不也好
心么？我私下里跟版主道歉，表示下我觉得版主说话太冲，结果版主把我黑名单了。

PM at Citadel? My girlfriend is going to talk to an Indian guy over there, a
bit concerned because Indians are hard on Chinese. |

i am familiar with HFT and GFI of Citadel. no indian guys in HFT research
side. most are chinese AND most of most are from peking univ as Peng is from
there too:)
and GFI research belongs to IT so lots of indian... |

fund strategy。至于HFT本身，现在市场处于consolidation的状态，一般认为Virtu上
市是为了圈钱套现，HFT不需要太多capital.Chopper和DRW也合并了。大的HFT shop照
样做的挺好的，而且也没有什么regulatory的影响 |

别是基于量化交易的。Citadel作为少有的在国内交易的外资量化交易公司，当然在审
查的名单里。
因为是外资所以就当替罪羊，有点“欲加之罪，何患无辞”了吧。。。 |

1.股指期货方面，把矛头指向了“利用套利编码频繁撤单的人”，于是现在把套利编码
每天都撤单次数也限制到了400次，并且每次报单都要交1块钱；
2.股票方面，本来就禁止频繁报撤单的，这24个帐号都是做股票的，我觉得封了他们还
是有道理的。
3.国外公司是不能直接在国内开户的，只能绕来绕去，很容易就违规违法了。
4.为了防止某些人开很多账户来交易，现在对新开账户的批准是随机进行的。
5.我觉得打击citadel也是好的，衍生品本来就是零和的，你一个超级大佬进来，肯定
是来抢钱的，不是来送钱的，赚的钱都留在香港、美国，对中国没有任何好处。
6.我觉得中国应该鼓励美国私人投资者进来，有大基金工作背景的不允许进来。多送一
些羔羊进来，对市场是好的。对国外来的投资者，赚钱多的都审查，只留下亏钱多的，
长远来说对中国是有好处的。 |

钱。后者鸭梨大，亏钱就裁人，KG看心情分分钟也会再launch一个新fund. 但总体福利
待遇挺好，家属有保险等各种福利，吃的也不错。 |
