1）减肥不是靠饿，而是调整饮食结构，以低热量蔬菜lean portain为主，要说量，我
吃得比减肥前多多了。出去吃饭，大家都诧异我的食量，就这样还能减下肥。吃啥，这
么吃，去减肥版，听紫苏妹子的没错！吃几顿不重要，重要的是一天摄入的总热量。
2）最初要控制一天的热量，myfitnesspal，是紫苏推荐的，我用了，效果很好，基本
上一天吃多少热量有数，为了不饿肚子，自然而然的就会找低热量又撑肚子的东西吃，
比如燕麦。
3）不运动光靠控制饮食，也能减下肥来，但是不健康，运动要控制心率在有氧运动区
域，最简单就是180-age的心率。买个心率表。跑步是很好有氧运动之一，上心率比较
快。开始只能慢跑，比走路还慢，但是也要坚持跑。跑步运动是消耗热量的途径。
4）有氧运动要20分钟起，不要小于20分钟心率在180-age和大于120之间。这个是对你
心肺功能有好吃的运动方式。小于120强度太低，不算有氧，小于20分钟，身体没有刺
激感觉不到作用。这是医生和我说的。一开始不要管速度，只看时间和心率就可以了。

不知道性别时买的中性衣服后来觉得女娃儿穿了不好看就没用了，有些是国内长辈送的
太多了穿不着，有些是不适应这里气候穿不着的……最近都清理出来，等空闲时分批拍
照发上来，看看有没有人需要，有兴趣的JM请发信给我。
第一次转，价格好商量。还可用EL和CL的小样交换。
大多都是全新的，用过的我会单独说明，有些虽然是新的但吊牌剪了并洗过，详情请看
实物图。
顺便送Similac液体奶蓝色的30瓶左右，保质期到8月。送Enfamil Newborn Infant

CIRCO的NB小衣服1=$1、2=$2、3=$2,1穿过1次，2和3还没来得及穿就小了。
Babyglam的小裙子5=$5,target$12来的，这件穿得比较多，5-6次左右。挺喜欢这件的
，但是现在宝宝穿着有点紧了，应该是3m大,图片上写错了。
长袖后排扣T恤6=$2、无袖和尚衣7=$1.5、短袖和尚衣8=$1.5，都是taobao￥10+来的。

1. 加绒厚legging，这件是国内买的，买小了，穿了一次而已。
2. 上衣是线衫，cherokee 4T, 非常新。
3. 格子裙oshkosh, tag是5T，偏小。这个穿过好几次，但是没有任何stain。
4. Gymboree红色灯芯绒裤，5T, 穿过的次数屈指可数。
5. Gymboree的牛仔色衬衣，5T，这个是里面穿过次数最多的。胸前有一个很小的红色
印子。因为觉得这件和时尚，利用率会很高，所以也放在这里。
6. 小短裤Circo 5T，没穿过。
