think gears 1 is one of the games, if not the one game defined 'greatness'
in the HD generation. Graohics, sound, voice acting, shooting action and
overall gameplay are all over the top. With all due respect, UC2 is as
marvelous as gears series. The most cinematic video game I've ever played. |

大家平时在各大媒体上见到的都是顽皮狗最光鲜的一面，而这里会展示一些游戏业不为
人知的黑暗面，只为让大家了解一个更真实的顽皮狗。
我在演讲的时候没有做任何记录，纯靠记忆码了这些字，文笔不好多多包涵。
福利，就靠大家仔细读了。
开始谈U3之前先说说顽皮狗的人员结构。
在各种访谈中，撰稿媒体都在强调顽皮狗没有制作人职位的说法。而Erick认为这种说
法是非常不公平的。确切地说，每个员工都是自己的制作人，安排着自己的日常工作。
在实际制作中，团队被分为很多个小组，时间管理的方法由每个小组自己决定采用。所
有小组每二到三个月进行一次交流会议，以展示这一阶段的成果。
顽皮狗和多数工作室一样分总裁、总监、首席、普通员工，但各职位不分junior和
senior等，以做到最大程度的平等，自古惑狼以来一直如此。

理想与现实：
假期归来之后，顽皮狗们顺理成章地开始了系列第三作的规划，目标定的很明确，在更

这句话也太不靠谱了。如果导演自己都不知道自己要说什么，而是拼凑故事（不排除相
当一部分大陆导演的确如此），那出来的东西还不得一盘散沙？好的电影不会直白的直
陈心意，它们用cinematic language来表达，不熟悉这种的路子的观众觉得“不懂”，
但不代表创作者本身没有看法啊。更多的情况其实正相反，他们的观点（voice）并非
不强烈，只不过是用另外一种路数的方法来表达。就跟一篇好的小说似的，是圆的，是
多方面多棱角的，充满了艺术的空白，而不是真的空白。 |

你看美国拍的关于和日本打仗的片子，基本上都是说“打仗很傻b，日本人也不容易”的调子。他们表示中国也应该按照这个调子拍。

一部《钢铁侠》开始至今，已有12 部漫威影片上映。有个专门的词，叫“MCU”（
Marvel Cinematic Universe）指的就是这个系列的“超级英雄片”。MCU 是史上最赚

去年一年大部分是照胶片，可我和人家前辈们玩禄莱玩xpan那些中副胶片不同，俺对相
机、胶卷、洗扫质量都没有任何要求----相机都是家里2、30年前的老相机和别人扔掉
的老单反；胶卷都是到Amazon上看着哪个135卷儿打折就买哪个了；扫描仪就更没有了
，拍完了就往walgreen里一扔，人家扫成啥样就啥样了。。。总之，本人就是业余里的
纯业余，算不上胶片发烧友。前辈们肯定说我这样玩胶片真没劲，完全没有玩胶片机的
乐趣。但我还是自从改了拍胶片以后，觉得自己对摄影的热爱又增进了一大截。
废话太多了，其实就是想给大家打打预防针，看我下边的照片的时候，千万别有太多的
期待。。我在梦里挎着相机出去摄影比我真正出去摄影的次数多多了。。而且，这些照
片照的，基本上也都是出去hiking的时候搂草打兔子---顺便，自己并没有时间去照自
己真正喜欢的东西。。
1.这张是年初1月份拍的，画面中元素很多，但是自己觉得构图和色彩都很平衡，算自
己特别喜欢的之一。

manually, where you can control aperture, and shutter speed. the next thing
to ask for, is 24fps at 1080p. you don't really shoot 60p, unless your plan
is to overcrank it to make slow motion. and you don't shoot 30p, because it
looks like tv broadcast, or home video. for cinematic look, you shoot 24p,
