damages. will take a week or two off running and adopt a different training
method/strategy for Boston marathon. I can consider it a long base training
this fall. I don't feel like I did enough speed work anyway.
I will write a report on my training and lessons this fall a little later.

Forecasts call for temperatures in the low- to mid-40s for the marathon's 7
a.m. start in Folsom. The mercury will probably only rise to the low 50s by
the time many people are crossing the finish line at the Capitol.
The temp should be perfect for a marathon race.
A slight rain should not be a worry!

肯定可以发挥出7:40-7:50 的犬马,如果能进步到 6:30的tempo,我肯定可以跑 7:
10 的犬马。
问题是我tempo的速度一直上不去,除了我去年夏天在跑步机上跑过,基本就从来没有
路跑过tempo, :) 两次马拉松,都是用 fartlek 来代替,因为容易偷懒 :) |
