可是偶怎么觉得女子网坛才是高大化？

平均178.75cm. 按照男子平均比女子高11.25公分，就折合为男子中的190cm.
ATP top 8哪有这么高？都是些狒狒、纳豆这种的185cm... |

回想奔过的人好像确实没什么手腕派的。zzzzz1可能算一个。 |

60年代大家都用木拍，极重，只有Laver这种小臂极粗的才甩得动
手腕。现在居然Cilic这种瘦猴也可以了。。。 |

他的不算windshield wiper forehand 但是有点像
严格来说，所有的pro都是body 派的
至于手腕的动作，看人，就是你怎么舒服就ok 原则上来说从contact之后手腕肯定动翻
动的 ， 我停下来比如0.02，0.16秒 cilic击球瞬间手腕还是直的，只在contact后转
动的。 |

另外看他的随挥，，拍柄都到了左肩，幅度相当的大啊。。但觉得有些故意。不是很自

羽毛球那么轻的拍子，那么轻的球，还经常有人杀球伤到手腕，把这个动作移植到网球
里，你可以想象击球时对手腕的冲击会有多大。而且加入这样的手腕动作，即使能提高
一点拍头速度，也是以牺牲对拍面的控制为代价的。

My guess (I don't do window wiper myself):
when you do window wiper, the racquet end is going through a trace of part
of a circle
it reaches the highest point before the end of the stroke and will start go
back down
depending on how hard you do the window wiper, the racquet ends up somewhere
between shoulder and waist.
anybody actually do window wiper forehand?

Nadal has to hit like that to generate his level of topspin.
Although at contact point, everything looks the same, but it's
the direction that racket moves to hit the ball that matters.
The racket can push the ball forward, brush the ball upwards,
or chop the ball forward/sideways/upwards.
Nadal finishes with an ugly over the head followthrough because
when he contacts the ball, his racket is brushing up very fast.

打出上旋的两种方式，看表不过
是手腕转动后随挥时的动作。Window wiper打球时拍头是上扬的，而用手腕转动打上旋
其实是击球瞬间用拍包裹球滚半圈
然后送出球。所以手腕同时产生上旋和控制方向。我自己是用手腕打上旋的，但不是象
打羽毛球那种用手腕鞭打增加球
速。手腕打出的上旋和window wiper的上旋不一样的，手腕打出的上旋好像会更沉些。 |
