看任何医生，要不去黄页上看看吧，看到哪个医生的介绍喜欢就去看哪个。
不过你要记着，CIGNA PPO保险如果要去LAB抽血化验什么的只能是QUEST LAB，因为有
的时候医生也会搞不清楚。自己留意着吧，免得账单是大大地来。 |

network doctors, the difference is out-of-pocket expense whereas it's much
lower for in-network doctors.
United Health Care is generally PPO plans. You have the flexibility of go
to any doctors without to have to go through referral by primary care
physician first. The downside is that out-of-pocket is generally higher for
PPO plans.
The insurance premium shouldn't be your primary concern. It's your medical

还有牙医，和眼医没选， 求推荐， 有过不好经历的也请point out。
牙医是从cigna选，想选PPO， Dr.Joseph Huang怎么样？牙齿还好，估计也就洗牙吧，定期。
眼医是Eye Med， 好像可以从附近的sears,optical,JCpenney, pearle Vision，
LENSCrafter，Private Practitioners选, 眼睛还好，近视， 但是以后想找机会做LASIK；
刚开始这边上班， 保险要Nov. 1st生效， 请大家帮忙；

题也问的不是一般的行为问题，反而会有一些“创意性”题。我问到的：
1.If I'm someone else, please explain the concept of "Standard Deviation" to
me.
还有被紧接着问“Why we square root the variance?”
2. If we stack up pennies to be as high as the empire building, can we fit
all these pennies in our room now?
这两个问题是比较奇怪的，我们同学也问到一些相似的，所以感觉这家公司准备和没准
备没有差太多。。。如果都问这一类问题我觉得反而最好，其实第二题这类型的题都是
考察思维能力逻辑能力的。第一类型的英语好可以帮很大的忙。 |

test之前就电话问过保险公司关于
coverage，说了insurance codes，被告知全部cover。上月收到california
department of public health的prenatal
screening program的bill $162，信中说有保险coverage的附上保险信息寄回。我照做
了。但是昨天受到cigna的信，说
不cover。打电话给cigna，说这个prenatal program的lab和保险公司没有contract，
是out of network，所以保险不付
这个bill。我又问医院，医院说加州就这一个lab，他们只能送去这个lab，说保险应该
cover。再次打电话给cigna，还是同

公司的保险有4种
cigna ppo：deductible网内1000/ 网外2000；out of pocket网内4000/网外8000；
maternity网内外都是90% after deductible
cigna epo：只有网内；deductible 1000；out of pocket 4000；maternity 100%
after deductible
cigna hsa：公司补1000；deductible网内3000/网外6000；out of pocket网内4000/网
外8000；maternity网内90% after deductible/网外70% after deductible
kaiser hmo：只有网内；deductible 0；out of pocket 3000；
听说生产住院的时候反正是要把out of pocket用完的，cigna的网跟kaiser的网内医生
哪个好一些？看到网上说kaiser的有的说只要300刀就生娃完了，这么便宜么？

师在network里面的。
有人说到时候如果发现不管的话可以跟保险公司argue一下。这个项目在保险文件里一
般都没有明确的约定吗？我在比较几个不同的保险，偏向Cigna, 但还没有最终买，但
是现在能看到的文件里面都没有这一项的明确规定。
翻之前的帖子看到到时候是三个账单，一个医院的，一个OB的，一个麻醉师的。
Cigna的brochure里面在 in patient services那一栏写了facility services (
inpatient room and board, pharmacy, lab and X-ray, operating room etc.), 还
有physician services. epidural是属于这一栏的吗？还有另外一栏就笼统地写了一
个surgery.
有用过Cigna的妈妈、准妈们，可否分享一下经验？谢谢。 |

1. 工资经常能谈个15～20%的涨幅，作为international assignment incentive bonus
2. 房补我看到的没有那么高，在中国也就3000刀左右，日本到有4500刀。
3. 每年的home trip, 很多时候只给coach class吧。
4. 教育补贴偏少，每娃每年最少180K人刀。
5. 通常还要有一个 cost of living adjustment，我看到的都在5000到1万人刀每月。
6. 公司一般提供international tax equilization或者international tax
protection. 就是你每月交一个hypo tax,回头再慢慢算。一般来说international tax
protection更有利。
6. 还有一个非常重要，但很多人在板上都没提到的，就是医疗保险。 要尽力争取
cigna的国际保险。 这样能保证全家老小能去up to US standard的医院和享受up to
