打算投个别的电路方面的会议
下面就考虑是投ESSCIRC还是CICC，这两个会议投稿几乎是同一时间，所以我只能选一
个，现在正在犹豫
看了一下，CICC有很多poster，而ESSCIRC几乎没有poster
想问问了解的人，这两个会议哪个难度大些? 对于毕业以后找工作的话，去哪个会议可
能可以多认识些人?
另外很弱地说一句，我现在欧洲做博士，教授是ESSCIRC的technical committee里，不
知道这对我投文章是否会有帮助?
不过我一直想有开会的机会，去美国看看的，CICC就在美国开
下面如果这两个会议不行的话，下面好像就只有ISCAS了，另外，有什么别的会议，也
请推荐一下? |

子回国vacation，机缘巧合面试了中金。现在在谈offer，待遇大概折合美国这边的收入换成人
民币1/2多些接近2/3。很想回去看看，毕竟回去的诱惑还是很大的，可是又担心现在刚
刚工作还是在这边更能积累经验。
像我这种情况，如果回去在cicc这样公司工作，以后想回美国的话重新再找工作难吗？事业
上应该没有什么断层吧？
ps，两边其实都不算是front office，都算是middle office的业务。刚工作没多久，肯定也没绿卡。

从业界地位而言应该是差不多，JSSC都有special issue的
ISCAS就免了吧，做IC的不怎么认这个会，不如投VLSI或RFIC |

一机，据掉了。。当时就是觉得很纳闷为啥 title非要比我这边低一级。
去了再回美国工作不容易。。我知道的情况是国内比较累，工作时间比较长。不过如果
长远你打算回国的话，中金是很不错的，回去占坑混资历比较要紧。

1）本科生：Base 163,000
研究生：Base 270,000
虽然入职的职位不同，分别为Analyst和Associate，但工作的expose差不多。IBD这边
具体的设置是8个业务Group，两个产品Group——M&A和债券。主要都在北京，上海那边
只有Group5，主要面向华东客户，并有一些人员配合北京Office的产品Group。不过上
海那边office正在明显扩张当中，据说今年校园招聘Offer分配上海学生首次超过北京
学生。
2）Bonus都是很隐私的，所以没有公开谈。据师兄师姐的闲谈透露，一般在40w到50w左
右。所以其实不比外资投行差多少。
北京职场情况大概是：
麦格理Analyst 46w Base：工作轻松，据说晚上可以9点下班（但她家VIP入门的很多，
意味着没有后台背景的职员很可能被优先Fire。典型的是--你的表现很出色很
Impressive，
但不好意思，这次轮到你了……）
Citi IBD: Global Pay, USD 6w Base, 但工作强度是最高的，好像拿到她家的同学如

辉研究员）与清华大学微电子所科研人员合作撰写的有关传输线模型的学术论文《A
Novel Equivalent Circuit for On Chip Transmission Lines Modeling》被大会收录
，并获邀赴美做报告。据悉，该文是今年仅有的两篇大陆单位作为第一作者的大会报告。
文中提出了一种新的等效电路模型，并且在SMIC65nm和IBM90nm工艺下得到了验证。在
最近的工作中，研究人员按照该模型利用IBM90nm设计了一个毫米波的放大器，模型与

作为IC设计领域的重要会议，CICC会议从1988年开始每年举办一次，重点讨论如何解决

典型的大国企（ib就是要狼，但是citics是羊羊羊）
好处是，长得漂亮的女孩多（banker）
ipo还行，债券还行。别的就～！@#！
国内的千年老2（老大是CICC），主要问题有：1.不重视人（整个中信都这样）2.pay远
远比不过其它行 3.公司内部管理有点乱 4.行业组负责人水平不够（中信是典型的“SA
”水平）
好处：1 美女多 2工作时间短（一般8点一到，办公室就没啥人了）3.工资和非投行业
比还是很不错的（被内部员工称为性价比较高）
建议：可以去，但是发展空间不如外行 |

pay in 2009, for the following reasons:
1. if he was working for Western I-Banks, almost all of them are being beat
up by regulators. Many CEOs are giving up bonuses. Even firms making good
profit do not dare to give big bonuses, for reputational and political
reasons.
2. Chinese people's labor is generally cheap. Even for i-bankers. Global
pay is getting very rare.

美联储3月18日宣布直接购买3000亿美元国债及7500亿美元住房抵押证券抵抗通缩，触
发了市场对再通胀的预期及美国恶性通胀不可避免的担忧，由此市场预期美元将大幅贬
值，而黄金才是寻求保值的有力投资工具。然而我们对这三种观点均不认同。我们将陆
续推出三篇研究报告分别阐述我们对再通胀何时到来、美元走势及黄金能否抵抗通胀的
看法。
作为系列报告的第一篇，本文认为基础货币激增并不意味着通胀大幅上扬，一方面信贷
紧缩使广义货币增长乏力，另一方面，支撑货币数量论的基本假设在目前状况下并不适
用，产出缺口状态及信贷投放均影响货币供应量对通胀的作用。我们的实证分析亦显示
，产出缺口和单位劳动成本在长期对通胀影响更显著，而M2对通胀的影响力相对较弱，
