试了这两座山，都在一半的时候由于雪崩的危险退了回来。当时感觉自己爬应该可以，
只要天气够好。所以今年定了独立日的机票。本来只准备爬Mt. Hood,但临时有一个
local guy说他可以爬Rainier，于是努力把这两座山压缩到三天，（不推荐如此紧凑的
行程)接下来的报告希望对

Mt. Hood
- 攀升：3.5 mile 5,400 feet gain.陡.需要良好的速度和体力.
- 休息：可以在Timberline Lodge parking lot里休息几个小时.
- 出发：推荐在11:30-12:00出发.我和crazyman在11：:40出发了.记住上山的路一直保
持在雪道的右边.一直到你爬到了Palmer Lift附近，有一条很明显的平路，这个时候向
左(西）走一直到你看到了palmer lift,休息一下就可以再往上走了.

accessable by mott chair.
if take mott chair, get into gate 5 and traverse right. there is a chute
looks skiable from top but with a rope with a sign hanging on a rope in the
air saying "cliff" since it finally narrows down to a very steep, narrow,
and rocky session. it was not skiable or even down climbable before the
storm. I saw a lot of ski marks walking back from this chute/cliff. |

头冲下的姿势滑行了很久才停住。第一次在75 chute下滑行的距离大约是第二次的2倍
，可惜没录上。这是第二次滑倒，最终我设法把脚转到前面停了下来：

还有女生有同样的ski同样的boots，看来有savory 7的季末一定要合影留念了
厚脸皮蹭着牛人的带领滑了chute, gully
别看我老摔！我真的有努力在学powder里turn的感觉！
末了下了几趟6号软蘑菇，终于走上fall line了，和上季气喘吁吁一屁股坐地上形成鲜

发帖数: 21240 | 10 最近滑双黑，在雪还不错的情况下，有点如履平地的感觉。因此想接受进一步的挑战就
需要多滑三黑。Hawaii 5-0在Blackcomb著名双黑Couloir Extreme的右手边附近。我是
先看到有人滑之后才找到这条道的名字。前前后后观察了估计有半个小时，最后决定放
弃之。总共见到4个人滑，全部是ski。第一个人中途摔倒，最后无奈从一片石头上滑了
下来。后两个人应该是一对夫妇，女的比较轻松下来，男的犹犹豫豫，最后在女的鼓励
下也顺利下来。第四个人我是在对面山上观察的，下来之后躺在地上十几分钟都没有动
，不知道发生了什么。
根据我的观察，滑这条道需要从False Face的顶部顺着cornice的下部traverse进去。
技术难度不高，但是心理压力较大。因为traverse的下方就是cliff，中间稍有差错则
会进入绝境，无路可走。（后来才查到这条道是加拿大六条肾上腺素雪道之一，这条

老师肯定是运动鞋，而且也不让我们穿凉拖，因为不能跑步。。。
小T总是mark tunnel和chute，老师钻进去擦了好几次
今天成功钻了chute，老师心刚放下来半个，还没来得及恭喜，他就把tie jump给mark了

既有东方女人的韵味，又加上了美国文化里的开朗，说话举手投足和充满自信，反正觉
得比国妞更有味道。
公司里有一ABC妞，长的是我喜欢的样子。有点像这个女的：
我基本每天他妈的都看到她，上次还和她搭讪了，两个人在电梯里，我说：“lunch
time?", 她笑着说："Yea”。 本来我想说和她一起去吃饭，后来想想还是别太
aggressive, 慢慢来。所以就也微笑着说了声 "bon appetite :)" 就完了。让人感觉
很儒雅。
现在我听说她买房子了，有一次在过道里听她和同事聊天，暗中记下了她新房子地址，
知道她已经搬进去，离我们公司不远。现在我想能不能某天我早下班，进入她的公寓，

发帖数: 40 | 48 我上个周末花了一天把attic喷了厚厚一层insulator，现在感觉效果还行，至少楼上不
想以前比楼下凉很多了。总共花了四百多块钱，买了十袋insulator，免费给租一个喷
的机子。老婆要带孩子，我就自己一个人弄的。要是两个人，一个操作机子，一个在
attic里喷，应该很方便。就是钉那个两侧的chute有点麻烦。买了个stapler，花了我
将近一个小时才钉好。
感觉楼主要做的比这个要高级，多出那么多钱。 |
