就是婴儿配方奶粉了. 因为一直决定母乳喂养，这个research作得最少. 只知道好几种
畅销品牌，比如similac，Enfamil，nestle，gerber，etc. 其实各种牌子，差别应该
不大，都是按指标配出来的么. 每种牌子还有不同的细类. 可能还分不同的stage，给
年龄不一的小宝吃.
奶粉先不买呢. 去它们厂家的网站注册，会收到样品. 医院应该也有样品. 够用一阵子
了. Research我以后用得着再作吧. 现在能懒一点是一点拉.
不过记得从哪儿看来过一条有用信息，说是一个宝宝本来喝similac的，后来便秘拉，
换Enfamil就好了. 所以我暂时倾向Enfamil现在.
VI．Diapers and related:
1．Diapers:
纸尿裤是也. 不同大小的宝宝用不同size的尿裤: newborn，1，1-2，3，4,…每种尿裤
都标明了适用于多重的宝宝. Newborn的是给刚出生的宝宝用的,比别的size都贵.一般
医院会送一些.然后看不同宝宝的长势需要几十到100多片不等. 尽管1号的也可以给新

可以先从薯类的食品开始，比如红薯，紫薯，芋头，土豆，胡萝卜等
就照着罐头的品种开始自己做给她吃，可以慢慢打得chunky一点
记得每次都放几片蔬菜，否则小孩长大不吃绿叶菜
另外可以买些baby melts的yogurt,puff，或者不加盐的pritzel等锻炼她自己拿食物和咬
再大点可以给她点米饭，面包之类让她做snack，或者你喂她blend food的时候让她自
己也拿了吃。
水果不要给的太早，否则小孩吃惯甜的就不爱吃咸的了。
不要羡慕别人家小孩什么都吃，来BSO的不是来给建议的... |

到的那种。6个月上的辅食，一直都要吃打的很碎的puree. 稍微有点 chunky或是不是
入口即化的东西就会容易吐。每次喂她都要很小心，看她吃下去，没有想吐的样子才能
喂下一口。同龄的孩子早就在吃颗粒的东西，甚至成人的食物。是不是我们一直太小心
，以至于没有让她接触到更“固体”一点的食物，还是出牙晚的宝宝就是这样。

方举办和参加别人的排队，这还是第一次在郊外马场参加party，如果住在中小城市附
近有马场的朋友，可以考虑打听联系一下马场主，其实马场或者农场这种地方开派对价
格会便宜很多，而且还可以讨价还价，所以跟大家分享一下。

我先提供几个：
1。土豆泥做成土豆饼，之前已经说过了
2。campbell chicken noodle soup，就是鸡油汤，烧面的时候放一罐头不错，很香
3。pasta里的angel hair，烧出来和中国超市的面几乎一样，我通常拿它做葱油拌面，
葱熬油，浇在面上，放点麻油老抽生抽少许糖。
4。pasta的thin spaghetti做可做炒面，把各式菜炒好后把烧好的面放进去，放料混炒。
5。个人很喜欢chunky的clam chowder或者chicken corn chowder，可以煮点small shell的pasta放进去
还没用尝过Campbell的cream mushroom，cream chicken罐头，谁给说说这个怎么吃

with your DRI experience and eager to make up the gain you "missed" on DRI.

发帖数: 451 | 41 这个钓点咬钩凶猛，很快经历了最猛烈的一次咬钩。戈登一下pixy的drag就被拽动了。
想必一定是把俺的tube当成真正的食物了，猛吞下去为产卵做准备呢，拉上来之后发现
果然，整个tube已经几乎完全吞了下去！心中不禁再次感慨，susqy实在是小嘴天堂啊！
这时候LD打电话来絮絮叨叨，俺当时突然想起来去年Jerry来st clair的时候，曾在他
LD打电话的时候毫无准备的情况下中鱼，正想着，果然狠狠的一个咬口！从逆流往上拉
，明显感觉到有些吃力，
下午3点多上岸，吃饭等等略过不表，不过觉得今天最大的遗憾是天气太冷了，没能用
上spinnerbait，享受小嘴把spinnerbait瞬间hard stop的感觉。好在下午天气转暖，
于是我们决定饭后回到岸边，在岸边甩一会儿spinnerbait。其实岸边能甩杆的地方很
不好找，唯一一个人能走到的地方，在岸边都都是露出水面的小灌木丛。不过也将就了
。果然水温转暖，小嘴也在为spawn储存最后的能量。突然俺的spinnerbait有了撞上水
底石头的感觉，线的那边很明显的戈登一下，这时候才发现把鱼拉过灌木丛的挑战性。

well on the first 120 -- I probably had a miss hit rate of 5% or less and
gained 5-10 yards on average. then I got tired in my lower body and started
shanking them. so I left 20 balls and walked away to practice putting. I'm
glad I had almost no chunky shots at all -- I think a loosened grip really
helps create that lag in release and eliminate the fat contacts.

，跑慢都可以，只要距离够了就行。尤其是长跑，毕竟跑的距离比较长，一个半马下来
还是要消耗很多body fat的。关键是控制吃。我看好多serious runner平时还是很注重
吃的东西的，keep lean，毕竟体重上去了会影响performance，但是他们会在跑马前2
天开始进行carb load。但不是天天都carb load。 |
