dells住一晚。
我们家每年去dells两次，每次在某个大型resort住个2-4天，连着3年了。每次都是I-
90和I-94合并以后要堵车1小时，估计有10迈左右的距离，来去都堵，主要是那破路永
远在修，修完这段修下一段。所以，你应该在每个单程再多打出将近1小时的富裕。
另外，每家大型的resort都有自己的水公园，住他们旅馆的客人可以免费玩儿他们自己
的水公园，如Noahs Ark / Mt. Olympus / Great Wolf / Kalahari / Chula Vista等
等，我们都玩儿过。你提前1个月以上定的话，应该有不错的deal，记得住过哪家就在
他们的email list登记一下，以后他们有减价的话会及时通知你。

、Rancho Bernardo和Carmel Valley等区。这些地区的房价基本没有受到这次金融危机
的冲击，跌幅很小，甚至没跌。学区又好，很适合华人购买。
对于投资性质的房子，他建议考虑银行回收屋较多的地区，比如Chula Vista、
Escondido、Oceanside和东郡（East County）等区，房价跌得很厉害。买来做出租房
，也许租金就可抵消每月的按揭还款。但因为这里很多房在出售，短期内价格不会回升
。想买来再转手的话，可能要等上好一段时间。
