我早先说过，奥巴马最大错误是：没钢牙铁齿却想吃一个大螃蟹。
医改轻易不要动。动了就要全力以赴。他自己靠边站了，让两党六人帮起草，正中共和
党下怀。当年克林顿的教训他忘掉了。共和党的参与都是假的。他们都是为了拖延杯葛
才参与的。
果然如此。共和党在长期拖延并把草案大量注水后，三人一个一个地推出了。

大块。
2. 1只洋葱，1根胡萝卜（我用的小胡萝卜），1瓣大蒜，切碎。
3. 上面这些，加2杯干红（我用了书上推荐的Pinot Noir），1片bay leaf，2小勺碎

5. 荷兰锅中高火，丢4盎司切粒的培根进去熬油。
6. 同时把牛肉捞出来，蔬菜另外捞出来，红酒汁保留。
7. 培根盛出来，油留在锅里。不足2大勺左右的话加菜油补足。
8. 牛肉擦干，分批各面煎上色（会炸油 >_<）
9. 牛肉放一边，蔬菜炒到稍稍上色（大概5分钟），加2大勺中粉，炒大概1分钟。
10. 加红酒汁，牛肉和培根，煮开。
11. 加2杯去皮煮开的小洋葱（我用的pearl onion）。
12. 关小火，加盖炖至少1个小时，到肉酥。
13. 加2杯蘑菇，加盖煮20分钟，撇去表面油水。
14. 加1/4杯碎parsley，适量盐和胡椒（我没有再加盐了）。

bone in，厚不超过一英寸。
有大块的chuck，肉倒是很厚重，但是卤出来应该是很柴的。太失望了。
版里有嘴馋买带点肥腥的大块chuck卤牛肉的吗，效果如何。 |

chuck牛肉切两厘米立方块，萝卜也一样
牛肉泡冷水一个半小时（水血红血红的），捞起放进InstantPot，放两块姜
选manual档，72分钟，忘记说了，这是常压
快到时间时，萝卜加点油在锅里翻了几分钟
牛肉时间到，尝了尝，烂了，加萝卜，加盐，加干辣椒
再manual10分钟
味道还行，娃也吃了些，但是：
1，牛肉很柴。chuck的原因？
2，仔细吃牛肉，隐隐约约有点酸味。这个问题以前也提过

现在看来不是。
3，萝卜似乎也有点酸味，但是不明显
虽然有点酸，但总体来说，味道还可以。汤最好喝，萝卜次之 |

我从去年六月懵懵懂懂地来到这个版上，问了JWE无数问题，现在他叫我做点关于HR3012的事情，我当然一口答应，何况这个项目将会帮助PD是2009下半年到2010年年初的EB2早日拿卡，帮助2010年下半年到2012的EB2早日递交I-485呢！
至于EB3,现在应该看到85%的数字太高，参院已经有人出手。有人估计最后能以75%过关，有人估计最后能以60%过关，有人估计更低。如果EB3有能人，可以算一个对EB3C利益最大化的数字，我们一起放在项目里。如果没有人算，我们就用老猪下面跟帖里面说的50%。这个数字将能够有效卡住EB3I，帮助EB3C排期大进。
但是现在的情况是：NIU财源枯竭、经验丰富的EB2老ID披绿而去、满脸兴奋的EB2新ID以为马上自己就可以调整身份甚至以为交了485就等于拿到了绿卡、不老不新的EB23们... 阅读全帖 |
