是回美签证有效期不满6个月的缘故。结果伊说4天前实行新政策，需要签证申请者提供
一个policy record，并给了我有关机构的电话和地址。
打过去问到如下信息：
从该政策实行伊始，每次申请第三国签证，不管哪个国家的签证，都需要向使馆提供最
新的Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI)。这个需要向Criminal History
Systems Board (CHSB)申请一个criminal record。
CHSB不接受walk-in，必须把申请表邮寄到他家的office。他们处理1－2周后回邮一份
criminal record。申请者需要带着这个记录去使馆签证。
寄到CHSB的材料如下：
1. 申请表 （可从当地警察局领取，或者从这里下载 http://www.mass.gov/Eeops/docs/chsb/cori_request_personal.pdf）
2. $25 个人支票或汇票
3. 一个self-addressed and stamped |

It allows you to have low capcity rifle or shotgun. The problem is that you
need to renew the licence every year with $100 fee.
After you get your green card, you can apply for LTC-A. As the recent
Federal court ruling allows green card holder to apply LTC-A and buy
hundguns.
