在过去两年的自由泳学习过程中，我听到的建议都是头要低，收下巴，眼睛看正下方，
“swim downhill”，头低了，腿就浮起来了，减少阻力。
直到上周跟高阳游泳时，他给我指出我的头太低了，造成头一上（换气）一下，反而增
大了阻力。建议我头可以高一些，水面刚好高过眉毛就行了，这样游开水时也更容易换
气。我说那腿会不会沉得更厉害？他说等你打水练出来了下身自然就浮起来了。
于是我试了试把头抬高些，看pool的斜前方，好像的确游得更流畅些。
回来上网搜索相关资料，找到这篇Swim Smooth的文章是支持他的观点的。

out. They would likely choose a replacement candidate since there isn't
time for another primary. My guess is that they would choose Joe Biden.
Since the public votes for electors and the electoral college votes for

在美国呆了好多年， 虽然亲身经历过很多种族歧视的事情， 一直还幻想美国制度是最
好的。 但是最近几年， 两件事打破我对美国的幻梦， 其一金融危机的爆发和其背后
美国制度性的缺陷， 美国号称是法制国家， 却有意在制度上维护华尔街使其诈骗横行
， 以至出现像MADOFF这样骗了658亿美金的巨骗， 给全世界包括中国带来了灭顶的灾
害。 其二， 美国NED/CIA暗中参与支持煽动的新疆恐怖袭击， 我以前也曾经幻想过中
国和美国或许有很常时间的和平，可以共同繁荣， 但是， 新疆两百具血淋淋的尸首，
其中甚至有惨死的小学女孩， 让我痛悟， 中国和美国必将成为利益上的竞争者，如
果美国如此地期待中国四分五裂， 必将导致中美利益上的严重冲突， 和平不复存在。
面对此等事情， 我重新选择中国。
