最近发现，其实中西文化里面吃的动物下水都不少。只不过多用雅称别名-- mountain
oysters =动物睾丸 （中文雅称叫什么忘了）、tripe = 百叶、headcheese =猪头肉。作
为食品的猪肠叫这个好一点，不会把人吓跑：
chitterlings（chitlins）: the intestines of hogs especially when prepared
as food。
