己做了几天Research包括询问了轻舞飞扬一些问题决定也上一个。因为我是OEM控所以
我想把GPS天线放在原厂预留的地方，Mic也希望放在原厂Mic的地方(头顶Dome灯中间)
，所以必须要找专业的店进行必要的拆装。我找了一家本地比较有名的店询问之后表示
没有问题就下单了。eBay上类似产品很多，我最终选的是下单人数相对最多的一个(后
来发现这个选择是对的，下面我会说明)。东西一样是从深圳寄过来，包装的很好，几
天就到了。
版上貌似很多Outback车友有兴趣，我现在一一的发照片并把我觉得相关要注意的问题
列出来，以供大家参考。如果有其它问题，可以在下面回帖我会尽力解答。
首先从选机器开始，结合轻舞飞扬和国内外一些论坛网站的信息，我最终选择的是下面
这台。理由是这台是最新的QL-LGC771，也就是S100型号。之前有一个型号是QL-LGX761
(也叫S90或S95)，eBay上也有，界面略有不同但是机器外形一样，所以很容易弄混。新

发帖数: 1359 | 25 解决了。下载nforce chipsets driver for ion，用解压软件把sata_ide解出来。然后
用nlite slipstream sp3和sata_ide里面的驱动到xp的iso中 （如果已有镜像已经是
sp3，就只用slipstream sata_ide里面的驱动）。刻盘或者用usb启动安装就可以了，
不需要用compatibility模式。
最后再补充一句，这些用ion chipsets的电脑商实在是太不负责任了，到现在也不
release个for xp的驱动列表出来。 |

5年前，NVDA那个时候被Xbox Dump,未来堪忧。
Mr.黄一咬牙吧准备给xbox的研发资源都投入一个新的项目:Tegra...
Tegra group的工作非常苦，每天2点回家，连续好几个月做Tegra,可是接下来好几年一
直没有单子，Tegra最大的问题是没有好的软件支持。而TI的OMAP大家都很熟悉，做了N
年，市场上软件工程师一把一把的。所以国内山寨公司，以及欧美大厂都喜欢用OMAP(
比如palm pre)。
又过了2年，INTC开始要对付NVDA,不允许license chipset开发。NVDA当时很不错的
chipset部门大裁员，那个惨啊，我有好几个朋友被迫跳到别的公司。。。
去年AMD 推出Fusion,吧CPU+GPU正式捆绑在一个die里面， 今年Intel推出SB跟进。基
本上宣告了NVDA graphics死亡（推出的擎天柱项目也无济于事）。。。

不才，混得不好让你觉得我没知识，但是我恰巧就在MOBILE INDUSTRY。
其次你特别介绍CSR/SIRF，貌似是说我连那个都不知道，还议论什么。我在我的贴里面
没有提起他们的名字绝非是我不知道那个新闻的基本事实，恰恰相反，我不但知道那家
公司而且还颇有些了解。事实上那个公司名字在新闻里面到处都是，我实在没必要不知

发帖数: 12906 | 44 接下来说说做PC Si components的。这里只说说主板上的东西；其他的电源、panel之
类以后单说。
做CPU和做专用芯片的日子很好过。他们以前的投资现在正在得到回报。当然由于教主
的搅局，好日子来的慢了一点；同时正因为教主的搅局，某些同时给教主做设计的
vendor好日子开始的早了一点。
先说CPU和chipset的。在教主搅局之前，INTC的名言是：我们不需要预测未来，我们今
后五年的产品计划就是未来。现在INTC的低端CPU几乎没有人用，所有的厂商都热情地
选用中、高端的CPU和chipset，再加上服务器的CPU本来利润就高，所以公司总体利润
率非常高。有人说ARM是很大的挑战。我的感觉是ARM只能回到他们传统的强项，而不是
占领PC，因为越来越大的性能差距和同等性能下越来越小的功耗差距，再加上基于ARM
的PC应用一直是个问题。另外可能有人还记得AMD--他们遗憾地在2006年丧失机会，不
过即使他们东山再起（很困难了），也同样支持我关于PC的观点。另外一个很多人提到
的领域就是GPU。但是这只是不同公司不同解决方案之间的竞争，改变不了PC看好的前
景。

发帖数: 3053 | 45 读了一下Fenix2，GPS Chipset反而用的不如以前310，910那一代的，包括220，620都
和Fenix2一样用的不如前代的Chipset。所以有很多Complain就是朗朗蓝天下连云彩的
阻挡都没有但是找不到星。 |

发帖数: 2943 | 48 装好了 XP 一定要装 MB chipset driver ， 一般都是 Intel 的。 XP 自己对
chipset 支持不好， 所有会很慢。
Guest system 最好用 retail version, 做好VM以后， 直接 copy 就行了， XP
对 VM 不是很苛刻。

这个虚拟机也没有说是什么chipset，应该就是个generic的，我怎么知道什么driver能
用得上呢？
你第二条说的是我只要再把现在的虚拟机复制一份就可以用了是吗？那就省事多了。不
过安装盘还是麻烦你给我弄一下，下次再要装就方便多了。
这个toolchain太老了，装win7可能会有问题，所以就只好找xp了，不然我自己有很多
win7 pro的license，安装盘也有的。

发帖数: 2943 | 50 CPU 厂家(Intel , AMD), 在发布每个新的ＣＰＵ的同时也会发布一个硬件主机板的设
计， 就是CPU 如何和 RAM， HD， Video, USB 等等 communicate , 通常常说
Northbridge, Southbridge. 尽管每个主机板的厂家不同， 但是他们用同一型号
chipset时， 他们的基本骨架还是一样， chipset driver 就是让Windows正确使用这
些 devices. 你可以从 MB 的厂家download driver, 也可以去 Intel/AMD download.
我是典型的英文没学好， 中文又忘了的， 说不清啊！ |
