自杀没什么，我一点也不害怕，但是我还有亲人，以前受苦好多年把我拉扯大，现在生
活刚刚好一点，我是家里的唯一男性，我没法做到。但是我心里的痛苦比自杀还难受，
不光是因为这次分手，我也不知道我的痛苦从哪里来，对生活很偏激。
和女性交往方面我是非常混乱的。
事实上和她交往之前，我已经和另外一个女同学睡过了，可是这个女同学我不喜欢，睡
了以后就想走人，但是她很伤心，为了不要我走，每次叫我回去都是说过来做爱，因为

今年我去了一些比较childish的地方，把我老公给郁闷的。SF, Oakland Zoo啊，儿童
discovery museum， Tech museum 等等，准备给带小孩去玩做准备。小孩去 Gilroy
Garden 也不错。还有一些朋友带小孩去农场啊，骑小马什么的。
自己有时候看http://groups.yahoo.com/group/supertime/ 里的旧帖子，得到一些出去 hiking 的 idea. 有的地方风景不错，有山有水的，不用走的太累。
LawChen上次是烤全羊吧，有个朋友参加了，说挺不错的。:)
还有这个前两大我也领教过，人太多了，乌秧乌秧的，有点吃不消啊。我上限就是5,6,
70人啊，几百人这场面，赞组织能力！ |

一间，但是几乎不来住，在三番市内。本来房租每个人都是2000多。本来也没什么，后
来这个房东经常来捣乱，厨房里面什么都不能放，和我扯皮。本着人不犯我，我不犯人
，人若犯我，我必犯人的精神，我好好研究下了lease。还有法律。
于是发现这个房东不是房东，只是2房东。按照sfrb的规定，我们交的房租，不能超过
他交给真正房主的总和。一番法律诉讼之后，我们的房租现在只有700以下了。
这个白人嘴巴上当时说很感激我，但是其实呢，我也看出来了，只是人前一套人后一套
。我有个什么动静，他都赶紧通风报信给2房东，一个50岁的老白人。按理说，50岁的
中国人，找个犯贱讨厌的，真的还是很难的。但是白人就是不一样阿，人家骨子里面的
权利义务，自己的利益，一辈子都看得清清楚楚，中国人的仁义礼智信完全在他们那里
没有市场。
这个小白人起码通风报信了几次，一次就是周围邻居很吵，我打了911，结果房东第二
天就知道了。

但现实中肯定出现分歧
双方的利益追求时不时发生偏移，对球员个人能力的评价也会发生偏差，比如说大婶以
前在湖人觉得就应该围绕自己打，所以04年 uncoachable, 埃佛森坚持认为自己打主力
能帮助球队，所以频频出走，Tmac也是一样，教练管理层认为觉得他合同大要重建开始
动手剥夺他的核心地位， Tmac觉得自己要是伤好还是有能力做老大，
关键是矛盾出来了怎么处理。火箭这个事情显然双方都没有妥协，导致矛盾越来越激化
。本来这就是劳资纠纷，跟postdoc跟老板的矛盾是一样的。Tmac固然childish，也错
误判断了形势，火箭管理层也同样比较狠，对球员不够nice (比如，追求球队利益最大
化正常，但完全不管球员伤病影响完全靠近合同年不考虑球员个人利益绝对也是不那么
