appeal it and brought it down to $6K, still too high compare to Great Neck...
the tax in westchester is a lot higher than long island.. but the real
penalty of living there is that it is too far from the best town on earth,

老师们听了热情高涨，都问如何去学校做讲座，
以及成立 after school program, Weiqi club 或者到 Chiense club 讲座的事情。
有的还问自己的孩子如何学围棋的事情。
其中还有一个小学老师是中文 immerse program的，
小朋友们半天全用中文，半天全用英文。
这位老师还要负责这班孩子们的数学课（就用纯中文教数学，没有一个英文单词。）
这也是他们学校开天辟地的第一次
（不仅仅是他们学校，我看芝加哥周围都没有敢这样的）
她说刚开始非常担心这些加入中文 immerse program 孩子在数学上搞砸了
结果教了一年之后，Immerse 班孩子参加全校的考试，数学成绩反而成了最好的。
她听了我说的围棋数学的研究成果教学方法、理念之后，非常认同。
下一步要打算把围棋数学带到他们学校。
最后中文教师协会的主席问，能不能 Winter break 的时候
专门做一个给中文老师的 workshop，

before swimming. actually, if I my digress, I prefer the weight in between
cuz after losing 5 pounds I feel less attractive than if I gained 2 pounds
back. I've always said weight is a figure, it can't be the standard of how
fit you are, how pretty your body look. and I am the example to prove it.
cuz my ideal weight is considered "too much " for most chiense girls.

of course, stupid men who always look for women much younger in age, is
aggravating this.
that's why women, especially highly educated, successful 30+ year old women
opt to foreign men, find much better quality in foreign men than in Chinese.
More importantly, they probably have better marriage than those High
quality chiense guys' who opted for marrying 20 year olds.

i tried to pull up a band while i was at Ga Tech, and
i couldn't find another person ever played guitar or
anything in a band. we have about 250 chinese student,
only anotehr dude plays decent acoustic guitar. if you
give me 250 kids from europe, US or taiwan, i'm sure
i can form 10 bands out of them.
everything is in a relative sense. not every chinese
is boring, and the students came to US are not typical
chiense either. i just feel sorry for the kids so |
