我最欣赏的PI恰是一位女性，吴健雄。她肯定不算最天才的科学家之一，但是她作为一
名实验科学家有着很难得的严谨的精神。在她证明宇称不守恒之前，她最大的名声就在
于她总是从一切可能的角度试图推翻她自己的实验发现，只有当她确定绝对无法推翻自
己的发现时，她才会发表。所以她做出的任何结论，别人都特别信服

search 了一圈，决定先实现一个Peterson-Gorenstein-Zierler(PGZ)译码器作为基本
出发点。
1）Syndrome computation by WFTA or Horner algorithm
2) BM to solve error locator polynomial
3) Chien search algorithm for the determination of the roots of the error
locator polynomial
4) Forney algorithm for error value computation.
如果性能跟不上，再做提高。
可行吗？

He is great to students...... it is hard to have an advisor like him... The
facilities in the lab are over killing. It is like a small nanocenter on
university level.

去JHU, Chien与Broholm都是我的推荐. 跟他们, 基本上从他们
以前学生的结果看, 都能找到faculty/national lab staff的职位.
其他人么,基于各种理由(比如, 太年轻, 做理论, 以前学生出路不好...
我就不具体说了 - 但我说的其他人, 不是泛泛而言, 而是确实包含了
该系CMP中所有的其他人), 不推荐.
如果想转行, 我就无法提供意见了.

年到现在共只有２７５３篇次的文章被发表，可见其分量多重啊，比起physical
review seriers 和 PRL 都高级很多啊，我一个南京大学的同学说就他们学校的一个
做群论的叫做陈金全的教授发过一次，并且他后来有可能再被邀请发一次，不幸他过早
的去世了，然后中国（至少内地）就没有一个发过这个东西。陈金全的那本名作我是有
的，是在北京遇到南京大学的一个博士，很好的一个人——一个很帅的大哥送给我的，
可惜我没有看，他从南京寄给我，当是真的很感动啊。
今天搜索了一下，结果如下：
