i5-2520m, 8G, 500G 7200, 很多地方还不如一些 entry level
笔记本。
屏幕反正是我见过最差劲的，点和点之间不 smooth, 近了看有那种
网栅, 稍微角度大点更加残不忍睹。前阵子买的 $350 samsung
series 3 的屏幕都比 T420 强多了。1600 x 900 那个会好一点？
这个 legendary 的键盘也就那样了，相反，用了 2 个月，发现
我还是更喜欢 chiclet 键盘。 讨厌那个键盘灯，虽然聊胜于无，
但是全黑下刺眼。还不如做成 backlit chicklet 的键盘。
T420 作为笔记本我最大的抱怨是这个touchpad。比别的笔记本
小一圈不说，还有高低不平的麻子。两个手指滚屏时工作时不工作，
有时候都划了 3 次屏幕也不滚动，别说和 macbook 的 touchpad 比了，
samsung 用起来舒服多了。（后来找到一个 open source

主要在家里用, 没有固定的电脑桌.
计划装VM Player, 再装iOS, 用于学习iOS app开发.
在Windows下,会做一些Android app开发. 以及安装Visual Studio, SQL Server, 等等.
现在在两台笔记本之间犹豫,
ThinkPad T540P (refurb'ed $500) vs Asus Q550LF-BSI7T21 (refurb'ed $580)
详细配置见最后。大神门帮我参考一下. (两台我都打算在DVDRW drive的位置换250G
或 500G的SSD硬盘， 另外会把内存从8GB升到16GB）谢谢。

This has been a few dollars cheaper a few weeks back, but this is the best
price I could find right now, and has no rebate or cashback hassles to deal
with. $649 out the door with free shipping and no tax. (at least in CA)
Great balance between performance, size, price and battery life.
310m is a bit weak but can play most recent games at good framerates on low
settings, and can be overclocked a bit.

the way: Yes, it has HDMI. No, no crappy 1366x768 glossy screen - it has a
1600x900 screen with your choice of finish. The chiclet keyboard is one of
the best of it's style, if not the best. Keyboard's not backlit, but it has
a Thinklight which is just as good. Upgrade the RAM yourself- it's only $20
for a 2gb stick or $40 for a 4gb stick.
