很多时候当兴趣变成了职业就没那么多fun了. 你有钱了可以捐款给学校盖个自己
名字命名得化学楼, 自己名字命名得奖学金, 每年你名字得annual lectureship,
还可以雇佣廉价得科学家. faculty也没人敢鄙视你. 那个才叫enjoy chemistry.
其实有些有钱人除了生意和投机也很懂科学呢 |

发帖数: 2888 | 37 我有一个工作，用一个enzyme的方法可以实现gram scale的一类小分子的合成。这类分
子以前需要比较复杂（不是很复杂）的化学合成，我刚刚在另一个杂志上面发表了化学
合成的方法，需要好几步，需要过柱子纯化，产率也不是很高。我们的enzyme的方法，
几乎是100%的产率，不需要过柱子纯化，不需要用一些有毒有害的化学试剂或者溶剂。
Again,这些分子不是特别的复杂那种，不然就是很大的突破了,这个enzyme研究的也比
较多，只不过这个enzyme是一个产物抑制性的酶，所以以前产率很低，我们的研究就是
解决了这个问题。
我把合成的分子（十几个分子）研究了活性，构效关系（SAR），活性不错，SAR 也有
很有意思的地方。我老板和我刚刚申报了专利，这一块的专利很多。
我在考虑是应该投给Green chemistry呢？（用生物的方法大规模的制造化学困难的分
子，降低过程的危害），还是应该丢给J med chem 呢？（新的方法制备一类活性分子
，活性报道+SAR)? |

，给JMC的添加更多的activity, SAR, mechanism；给green chemistry的拿掉一部分活
性的数据，和我后面的实验单独做一个文章。
不知道有没有兄弟投过JMC的？很难吗？我看那个杂志的文章的作者，好像都是一大堆
