是美国孩子常见的喜欢的那些）
周末的话，上午我一般不给她snack的
因为周末我们早上会吃brunch，量比较大，吃得也晚些
下午的话，最常见的就是水果和乳制品（奶酪，酸奶等）
然后我博客里面“早餐系列”里头的很多东西，我觉得都蛮适合当点心的
还有costco买的一些比较健康的chips（全谷物，烤而不是炸的）配自己做的dip吃
或者小番茄、胡萝卜条等也可以蘸酱吃
另外我也会买一些现成的snack，大多是costco的
freeze-dried fruit（苹果，香蕉，草莓）
apple sauce
还有一种squeezy apple sauce,贵些
apple chips
这些都是纯水果，没有任何其他添加成分
edamame energy blend
海苔
cheesy corn puff
这些我们家都买过，偶尔吃吃也挺不错的
买零食，我的原则就是原料要天然（不能有任何氢化植物油或者代糖）
原料品种越少越好，尽量无防腐剂
如果能够低糖低盐低油就最好（现成品这个很难得，毕竟需要防腐考虑的）

其实这个是个sb问题，就是hm也就听听，你胡诌一下career path,learn more skills
的大陆货就完了。鬼才会信你的鬼话。
偏偏就是有极傻的人会在这个sb问题上栽。我记得我听到最傻的是“我被我老板耍了”
，就算你有天大的委屈，在这个场合说这个话是很不智的。基本上这个属于马上screen
out的。
其实要是cheesy到底，政治正确的最佳解是说应聘的东家/职位有多么好。不过没人信

这电影明显是给影迷怀旧来拍的，这完全是我想看到的。宏大的场景，优美的地貌，久
远神秘的建筑。甚至剧情节奏都基本模仿指一。甘多夫带着矮人往外突时我自觉在脑子
里播放卡扎克之桥的配乐。最后点化下主题cheesy的升华一下霍比人特有的勇气正义和
爱，让人感觉这片百分百是正宗的指环王世界，就比什么都重要。
虽然是模仿指一，可各方面和指一都有明显差距的。像缺少震撼的开场，人物单一，大
段时间安排bilbo和golumn猜谜语。。而且嬉皮笑脸的棕巫师和电影风格很不搭。但这
都是为了忠实原著。霍比人是不折不扣的儿童文学。其实指环王本来该写成一样的续集
，可托尔金写上瘾了不小心写成了鸿篇巨作，差点吃出版商官司。peter jackson在忠
于原著和电影的原则下搞出这个，实属不易。
最后大赞一下48帧。清晰好多。以现在的技术真应该变成电影业标准了。区别真的有玩
