你至少要写清楚什么情况，然后发一个screen shot。
你这种情况，应该是系统里面文件默认打开有问题，
或者程序文件system的path错了，可以尝试一下这种方法，
#1 鼠标左键选择任何一个.doc 或者.xls文件
#2 鼠标右键在弹出的menu里面选择open with>
#3 选择choose default program...
#4 然后按右下角上面的browse，不要直接选择list中的！！！

第一家是我去年用过的，refund的金额9xx，跟我的预期差不多。可是我选的是1040EZ,
没有让我填我的scholarship和claim life time learning credit。我想修改成1040，
但是花了2分钟没找到相关按钮，也不让我重新填一个1040，然后就算了，没有submit.
第二家FYT，我就不具体说哪一家了。这家的设计比较fancy，举个例子，在w2填写那里
，你填了EID，它就直接天上employer的名字和地址之类的，到最后summary的地方也很
fancy。可是用它家算，refund只有2xx。这家我用的是1040，可是没让我claim life
time learning credit。当然也就算了，我又不是傻子，2xx是我预期的25%，没有
submit.
第三家123，这家1040很详细，超级详细...但是不难，如果你有所有的报税所要的文件
，也是很轻易能填下来的，就checkbox和填数字而已。需要填的填不需要填得跳过，它
不像其他让你看完整个subsection,它给你一个t |
