不一样罢了。java现在是leader，.net是chaser，各出各招呗。:)
就好比OSS user经常吹嘘community patch cycle比闭源的快而且好一样。
没写过软件的经常被糊弄得一愣一愣的，做过系统开发的就知道这是多大

PARIS - Europe's Rosetta comet-chaser satellite successfully detoured to
take a look at a rare type of asteroid Friday, getting a close-up view of
the diamond-shaped Steins asteroid, a gray, 3-mile (5-km) wide rock that
appears in images as a pock-marked with multiple craters that ultimately
will help determine its age.

you need 10+ years work experience to apply.
If you got admitted (luckily) without such background, it might not help
your your career that much.
Some people think MBA degree itself is quite an achievement, especially a
top one, and they don't seem to be concerned with the financial return of
the degree. I think top school MBA is the easiest degree to get for top
brand name chasers(college degree? too old. PHD? too tough. |

I'm wondering about the same thing as you are: what about corporate law
besides IP? I know it sounds like a bad idea to throw away the master or
doctor degree, but I'd like to explore other options. In addition to coporate
law, it seems like personal injury is also lucrative, but is it often referred
to as "ambulence chaser"? This line might require one to appear in court
though. On the other hand, I don't like immigration law.

worse than the ambulance chasers, because they victimize their clients from
the beginning. They can really rob you blind.
People should get a couple of them disbarred to clean up the market.
I totally agree that immigration is the last thing one wants to save money on.
Go with a reputable, publicly visible, established law firm with experienced
attorneys, even if it costs a lot. The one I used and liked is murthy.com, |

at 2am this morning after my ED shift,
there were no other cars on the road. then i suddenly glanced from my
rearview mirror that a car was following me!
maybe it is just a coincidence, i thought. then i tried to drive fast and
slow, it chased me no matter what! but it won't
follow me when i get off the freeway, i continued to calm myself.

解释羊穿。即使没有signed waiver,也有足够人证。愣说4个医生串供，医生一方可以
说病人作伪证，医生一方显然更有信用。事实上，律师既然只是咬住没有职业翻译，而
不说孕妇没有sign waiver,感觉是有signed waiver的。医患交流必须有职业翻译吗？
我很怀疑。引入职业翻译的要求，只会给ambulance chaser更多靶子to sue。
什么东西，太极端了也会成为问题，我觉着应该有诬告处罚。
