date是每月5号。
那么在某月10号，我的balance是$9999，15号balance是0，
17号到下月10号又是$9999（中间就经过5号的due date），
这种情况会不会被charge 利息？ |

统总是有错，网上的status不准，好几年了已经，我问他为啥不修，呵呵他说，从来没
人complain过，就没人修。
书包是上个月底charge的，全都收到，收的金额也对
昨天发现 8/11 OM又偷偷charge了信用卡12.96
CC的人说没有ORDER NUMBER ASSOCIATED WITH，就直接dispute了
但CC还是告诉我如果OM有理，会给我打电话要钱，等了1天也没见电话来。
决定斗争到底。

I shipped one brother MFC 7340 with with estimated price of $17.75 (ground)
+ $2.5 residential surcharge for shipping weight of 30LB. Fedex charged me
for $26.65 with shipping weight of 44LB.
I also shipped several hard disk drives with the same weight. But there are
3 LB difference in weight for different labels.

这个hk buyer今天credit card charge back, 说item not received
我给paypal 提供了tracking number, paypal客服说这个buyer也不是通过paypal open
case,他直接通过credit card charge back得
不晓得这种情况下，paypal会不会保护我这个seller
又看了一下这个hk buyer在ebay上得id,说no longer registered.
估计我是遇上fraud了
这种情况一般会怎么解决？

tracking info，而且还是国内的，心想应该没问题。谁知现在paypal 判我输，说
personal payment 不受 seller protection plan，不但钱没了，还罚了20刀。
