enterprise的信说我5月30日下午2点多，在Denver上了toll way，没有交钱，说给我已

对我而言，我的经验就是fight speeding ticket不是去为自己辩护的（大部分没上过
庭的中国同学的误区），而是去attack警察的证词以及证据的。因为当你指出了警察
statement或affidavit中的问题，他的charge就会被质疑，那么prosecution lacks a
foundation。
首先，遇到speeding ticket，能fight尽量fight，因为这是moving infraction，是会
报到dol加入你的driving record，大部分情况下可能会影响你的保险，那就不是100来
刀的问题，而是将近几百刀甚至1000刀的了。而且如果你相信你确实没超速，或者说警
察夸大了，更要contested hearing了。
其次，首先联系prosecution agency 来request discovery，这个很重要，因为

。回来的时候车挡风玻璃上有人留了字条，说"I witnessed someone hit your car"，
写了车牌，留了witness电话。我仔细看了一下，车子前面有两小块擦伤，没多严重，
但因为我车很新，所以看起来还是别扭。我报了案，警察根据证人提供的车牌号找到了
车主，是一辆白色SUV，不过司机拒不承认撞过我的车。
警察问我要不要file charge, 并说已经有充分的证据表明她HIT AND RUN的嫌疑了，他
们可以逮捕这个司机。问题是，我的车倒也没多大损害，只是车子是去年的新车，希望
通过对方的保险把掉漆的地方修好.我没有charge的经验,不知道会不会很麻烦。
现在警察说没有对方车主的授权不能给我对方的保险信息。而我的保险公司说，警察应
该把对方的信息写在police report，我有个独立的目击证人，和我没有任何关系，应
该可以向对方保险公司理赔。
这种情况下，如果不告她有没有可能联系到对方保险公司赔我啊？

其实有个简单的估计公式，基本就不会被骗，如果DEALER 在这个上面玩猫腻的话。
以下是这个公式， 如果发现DEALER 报的和估计结果差太多，就有问题了。
（贷款额 X 0.5） X (贷款年限 X 年利率）= 全部的FINANCE CHARGE
这个公式可用在 所以APR 的估算，估算结果一般比实际的稍稍低一点点。但不会差很

过了1~2mile进了山道才注意到后面警车，闪灯，但没警笛，因为是第一次被警察跟，
所以鬼使神差地没意识到应该pull over。继续开，跟随车流，速度65-70。中途有个路
段有超车道，从后视镜看见警车没走超车道，更鬼使神差地以为警车没在工作中，以为
他有事儿干嘛不走超车道！
出了山道我前面有两辆车停路边了，第三辆停的时候停得很快且没停好，占了部分行车
道。我为了躲这第三辆车，只好往左打方向盘绕过去。结果过了中间的黄色虚线一点，
对面也来一辆车，差那么几秒就可能撞上了。
又开了一段，最后在前面的路口有另一个警察站车边用手示意我停车，我就规规矩矩地
停一边了。警察让下车，沟通了一番，回车里等，过了十来分钟警察开好了ticket, 不
是超速，是reckless driving，让两周后上法庭。
去了法庭之后，等轮到我了，结果法官告诉我说state方面更改了charge，不是原来的

difference between 3.5 vs 10 hours is insignificant if you leave it
overnight.
The only thing I found an L2 charger can be useful is for pre-heating the

good hypermilers can get something close to 5. My summer average is 48 miles
for 10.5 kWh = 4.6 mile/kWh (but after adding 10% charging loss, I only
have 4.1 mile/kWh). My best record was about 4.9 mile/kWh, when there was
traffic. If my commute does not require highways, I am confident I can break
5 mile/kWh occasionally.
