所以一个单独的蛋白品种不是那么容易变性，而且细胞里的蛋白是在不停地合成中的，
变性后的东西很快就会被清除掉。
但是在试管里的东西就没有这些保护所以会比较脆弱。而且一旦某个蛋白在体外变性了
，因为没有体内的清除机制，很容易就造成沉淀，然后导致那些本来没有变性的蛋白也
出于疏水力的作用而共沉淀下来。 |
