四川160多名退伍军官及家属为生存到省政府请愿时与数百名警察发生冲突，期间
六人被警察暴打，身体多处受伤，有人血流披面，救护车赶到现场，但警察不让伤者上
车，反而拉到警车上再次暴打，之后拉到各派出所录口供，不给饭吃，直到晚上不让回
家。其余退伍军官及家属一直在省政府要求放人讨说法。 四川省160多名退伍军官及家
属为了要求当局落实中央文件精神，解决生活待遇问题，“七一”前周三上午前往省政
府讨说法时被至少三百名警察包围，期间双方发生严重冲突，六名示威者刘明军、周承
兴、欧阳智友、邓华全等被暴打。有人头破血流，但是警方不让他们到医院验伤，却拉
到派出所扣押。 本台记者当天下午6点半打电话给仍在派出所的刘明军询问情况。他表
示，一天没吃饭，浑身是伤也不允许看病，已经在此扣押了近8个小时。 他说：“我们
刚到那（省政府），警察早就准备好了，警察都是小伙子身强力壮的，全副武装的堵我

翻译之后还需要到认证部门认证吗（如国内的公证处）？
