Challenger和Stratford这样的学校，每个site教育质量参次不齐，要知道那个site比
较好，就要看他们的人数多不多？据说Challenger Sunnyvale和Stratford Washington
Park是比较好的，资源和师资比较强。尤其是Challenger Sunnyvale的初中在学术竞
赛中拿了不少奖。 |

不是说现代技术不好，但是现代技术也有局限性
比如电子眼，技术首先可信度有多少？要经过多少场试验才能实行？全球多少球场，多
少比赛？安装电子眼费用如何解决，都是问题。还有就算实行了电子眼，比赛中确定不
会被干扰么？
首先在洲际杯和世界杯上使用
再有即使有了电子眼，如果比赛中判罚与边裁出现冲突，主裁判中断比赛么？那么正在
比赛中的得利一方怎么办？
不中断，等死球
对于review和challenge更简单，比如英格兰对德国，那个进球是进了，但是当时裁判
没有判罚，德国队门将没收，这时候不是死球状况，德国队快速反击，并且进球，变成
死球，review 和challenge怎么算？如果英格兰进球有效，按规则应该德国队中圈开球
，后面所有反击进球无效？那么比赛时间如果判断，如果是最后5分钟然后比赛结束还
是多给5分钟让德国队重新进攻？
是个问题
再比如两队A和B，B队在己方禁区对A队拿球队员犯规，应该是点球，裁判没有判罚，比
赛结束，A队与B队打平，然后review challenge，判给A队一个点球？如果友谊赛就算
了，但是如果关键比赛关乎A队B队出线，如何评判？

具体时间是4.27 ~ 5.1
我查了一下，这个challenge貌似主要是propose project，然后会有一些statistics的
题目。
我想请教这个challenge，是可以随便自己找data做ML project么？还是必须用他们推
荐的data source？
另外，我其实压根没报啥希望，因为data incubator是面向所有专业的，要跟一堆数学
物理的人抢offer，我觉得比较够呛（我自己本科生物）。随便看了看过去的fellow，
都是什么斯坦福物理phd之类的，觉得希望不大，不晓得是否值得尝试一下？

这个礼拜天花了一个下午终于打通了10个challenge，趁着记忆新鲜，赶紧写下心得，因
为这10个challenge打通一遍后我就没心思再打一遍了。
level 1，比较快的方法，L1+O震碎盾牌后抓一个按方块甩一个，如果mob扎堆的话一下
能甩出去很多，缺点是容易打死已经震碎的没掉下去的mob。 比较保险的方法，对着带
盾牌的直接按O抓，这样能一个一个赶下去。
Level 2，第一个平台我用了rage开了免费的army of hades，这样能最快的到第二个大
平台，等undead都spawn好后开一个army，遇到弓箭手能抓后扔出去很省事，所以尽量扔
弓箭手砸新spawn的undead，这样下来剩下的两个平台的undead可以随便杀掉，时间刚好
够用。
level 3 要点在用间断的方块攻击，不能浪费攻击次数，我是用从外到内绕圈打，时间
刚好够
level 4 专杀Minota |

CHALLENGER很多细节上的优秀是独到的，而且一时半会还说不出来的。比如置于门下方
的把手，方便又舒服（脑残的宝马都在上面，也特么不嫌累-_-！）；再比如不管外面
多热都不会热到眼镜的眼镜盒（X5居然都没眼镜盒，不道咋想的）；再再比如中控下面
放硬币的小槽，真心实用。这些细节都是百年积淀出来的，只有真开过，而且还得是长
期开的人才能发现的 |

challenger SRT, 操控什么的不是主要，就冲它的样子和引擎声音。
话说回来看过介绍SRT可以设置的东西很多，比如suspension的各种模式之类的，虽然

challenger第一年增压好伐？野马黄蜂第一年增压的时候有700匹？
你提到HEMI直喷，你这等于是让犀牛变猎豹。能变不？能。先把头砍了、腿换了、屁股
切了，再把五脏六腑掏空、该扔扔改缩缩。。。新造一个都比这容易好伐。HEMI是不可
能有直喷的。但是克莱斯勒将来有可能会出一个更小的能直喷的引擎来弥补直喷的空白
。但反过来说，有直喷的NA引擎里也没有在加速、效率、结实、可靠以及声效等方面能
比HEMI强的。说到操控，也不是只看前后配重的好伐，GTR不照样跟Challenger一样是

challenger上不存在
一是转速在3k附近很难听，2k很安静但没力气，4k很好听但是心疼油耗。开高速的时候
要把音乐开到相当大才能盖过3k转时的噪音。
二是原配p zero轮胎在40度以下的潮湿地面上容易打滑
三是拍档杆在低速低档时有噪音，不过这个只对开local的时候有影响，我也不知道
2016MT是否已经改善了这一部分 |

如果再加上主观观感，那就像我前面说的，世上仅此一家。说句题外话，我老父亲就特
别喜欢challenger的外观，时不时地对我的野马嗤之以鼻
如果challenger继续保持full size的体型，下一代想在性能上超过另外两家还是几乎

学校里的bully多少总是有一些的，但是学校的老师们没有谁会去支持这种现象，大多
数情况下是管不过来而已。
对付bully,要么等别人站出来，要么自己站出来。等别人站出来，自己做个旁观者，看
上去是个很精明，合算的选择，但如果大家都这么想，这么干，bully这个现象不会消
失。自己站出来，这需要一些勇气，如果家长平时自己都缺乏这种勇气，指望孩子能挺
身而出，还是有些难度的。

他们的校区很多，但是不知道哪个学校的哪个校区好一点呢？比如老师，教的东西，学
校活动，还有孩子背景。
这两个学校相比，stratford 和challenger哪一个稍好一点？ 还是两个都一样？他们
都侧重academic吗？没有什么课外活动？我听说学习压力好像都挺大的。
我知道这两个私立学校里印度孩子爆多。但是现在还像也没有什么选择，公司里都是印
度人，学校里都是印度人，印度人避不开了。叹气。。。
大家知道这方面情况的能说说吗？哪个Campus好一点呢？听说的或者有亲身经历的能分
享一下你的经验吗？

新加坡数学的Challenging Word Problems据说是比同系列的textbook和workbook略难
半个到一个年级
Challenging Word Problems的一个特别之处是这个系列会教孩子画一种横杠的图来代
表各个数字，用来解题，这种办法是用来替代基本代数中变数的概念的，同时也是为代
数作准备。不过个人觉得，这个系列到了五六年级的那两本，里面的题目比较复杂，又
努力避免引入代数中的概念，实际上在解题方式上有点刻意绕弯子了，未必有太大益处
。尤其是对于抽象思维比较好的孩子，到这个阶段，还不如直接教一点代数方程的概念
