一年前EB1a 140批了。马上递了485。今年4月两个副申请人都收到了绿卡。可主申请人

批。上个礼拜突然收到TSC的通知，说intent to revoke 140。理由是已批准的140申请

种情况一般什么原因会发生?我自认为Eb1a证据比较强，但专业在美国不是很热，实在
是令人烦心！

我没有心情开这种玩笑，这的确发生了。本来我也以为uscis没权利revoke140，可是那封信的开篇第
一句话就说他们可以revoke "at any time for good and sufficient cause",而且这个网
页也这么说了：
