做病理分析，看看有无癌变。
Cervical exam中，医生用specular把vagina张开，露出宫颈，可以看有无discharge,
odor, 还可以用q-tip取一些分泌物作culture，看看是否有感染，性病等等。
对于18岁以上的女子，建议至少每三年做一次pap，如果家庭有宫颈癌病史的，一年一次
。如果病人来看医生时是因为痒，或者痛，或者异常分泌物等原因，而且病人上一次pap
至今不到一年，那么医生只会作cervical exam，不会再做个pap。
如果病人pap的report异常，或者为不确定，一般会refer到oncologist那里(which is
bad),或让病人四个月后重复一次pap. |

Colposcopy is not hurt at all. Your OB just check you cervical under
colposcopy to find out any visible changes in your cervical. If your OB see
any abnormal change, she will take a small piece of the tissue (biopsy) for
histology diagnosis, which will tell you the stage of the disease. |

有点特别，写出来给后来人留点参考。
本来约 了due day催。前一天去检查的时候，还只开了不到一指。ob说为了明天催产快
点，就给我上个cervical balloon。就是一个长长的橡胶管，先把头那儿塞到子宫口，
然后通过橡胶管往里面注水。这样子宫口那里就有个“水球”，加速开指。 还是有点
不舒服的，行动也不太方便。我是5点上的催产球，结果7点左右球就掉下来了。我想起
来ob说如果掉下来就说明开指3-4了。我在家又等了一会儿，感觉开始规律的宫缩了，
三到四分钟一次。但并不是很疼。我可不想到时候来不及上麻药，就打电话去医院说了
一下我的情况，值班的ob就直接让我过去了。
我去的路上还挺心虚的，觉得不会开指那么快吧。会不会是ob没上好balloon，所以这
么快掉下来了。到了医院，护士一伸手，已经快6指了，立马把我留下。然后就上iv，
iv里面加了止痛药。等了一个多小时，麻醉师来了，上epidural。因为我已经开了6指

Unusual vaginal discharge
* Does not go away
* Gray, white, or yellow color
* May have an odor
Painful sexual intercourse
Pain in the vagina
Pressure or heaviness in the pelvis
in pregnancy

老公可是够狠的， 说了句， 这下你能考STEP 3 了， 真把人当“孺子牛”使啊。
我的报稿， ICE 和SEP 都没TOUCH 到 BORDERLINE 。
但CIS 有一项挺差的， 是INFORMATION SHARING SKILL, 这是说哪方面得罪了病人？
请明白人指点。
我也是在HOUSTON 考的， 病人的话有些没懂， 但不敢问那， 都装听懂了， 有个
DIARREA 的， 我问有没有TRAVEL, 他说了个国家， 我没听出来，然后问在那里是不是
有人也得DIARRHEA, 他说'OF COURSE, THERE ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE SICK IN XXX" ,
我就 在NOTE 上就写了个 “ACKNOWLEDGE OF ILL CONTACT".
还有个病人回答我一天吸几包烟， 我也没听懂， 在NOTE 上胡乱写了个1包每天。
我在考试时， 连CERVICAL 都望了， 写的DIAGNOSIS 都是NECK XXX 的， 当时写NECK
时就觉得很便扭， 但硬是没想起来"CERVICAL" , 结果 PATIE |
