标 题: J1申请NIW，自己的考古总结

我现在是J1签证，大陆PHD毕业，来美1年多，博后 DS2019 2012年10月到期。做了一些
办绿卡的功课，找了几个律师评估都说可以办NIW了，反正这个要等很久还是早办比较
好。EB1A 不够格，EB1B怕老板不会支持，而且打算近期换实验室。
因为我的case J1 涉及到WAIVE 换H1B 中间还要换实验室 ，NIW整个过程周期很长等等
问题，所以比较复杂，我考古了一周，消除了自己的一些疑问，同时也希望写下来帮助
大家。
首先我计划的步骤是：
1 申请140 等待140 approve
2 等待排期（几年） ，排期快到时先extension J1 再WAIVE J1，如果有条件就申请
H1B。
3 递交485
下面是一些问题的解答，如果有不正确的请指出：
1， 一定要H1B吗，涉及到是否需要自己老板支持自己的H1B.
