over the next four weeks after the drug developer announces results from a
heart failure gene therapy trial, options data shows.
Later this month, Celladon is expected to report results from a mid-stage
study of Mydicar, its experimental gene therapy for advanced heart failure,
a condition in which the heart muscle cannot pump enough blood to meet the

右。今天借着MYDICAR二期的良好数据及巨大的市场前景，TGEN逆市大涨，一度冲上$0.
5，在获利卖压下收于$0.45。个人认为这个价钱仍有巨大的上涨空间。
星期天与华尔街一知名基金的创办人交流了一下看法，他认为TGEN现价可值$3-5，现将

deeper into the Ph2a CUPID I results: N=39 patients, only in high-dose
MYDICAR group (check how many patients were there -- see CEO's video
illustration) with HR=0.12 (p=0.003). You know how much variability there
can be for this small sample size.
Also check the background of gene therapy and regulatory submissions -- do
not only focus on the BTD. It is important, but don't let it dominate your
judgement.

率的事件，所以明天未必很糟糕。Celladon还有些其它的药物即将进入临床。 |

发帖数: 4984 | 15 胜败乃兵家常事，呵呵，从3月份27块跌倒现在也一半跌掉了， 大概再跌一半吧，7块
左右开盘。也可能开盘猛砸，然后Shortseller Cover， 推高到7块左右。 我等到周一
收盘前再决定，反正也没多少钱。 Celladon的Pipeline里还有好几个小分子药即将进
入临床。这也是当时买的一个考虑因素，不全是为了MYDICAR。 明天早上5：30有
Investor的会议，希望得到更多的一点信息，包括失败的原因，另外值得注意的是该药
物没有安全性方面的问题。 |
