我原来在国内儿科毕业，从事临床妇产科5年，9月申请考试，等待186认证至今，一周
前告诉我说186通过了，今天收到ecfmg的书面信件，里面说儿科不能够take the
chinese doctors licensing examination(CDLE),所以i am not eligible for the
USMLE or for ECFMG certification.
感觉很荒唐，不知道他们联系的什么中国的机构，会得出如此结论，但是辛苦了半年，
不能考试，我感觉要崩溃了，大师们有没有什么办法啊？ |

发帖数: 35 | 5 最新updates。今天接到ECFMG寄来的一封书面信。我是99以后毕业的预防医学，10月份
左右报名最近被拒。
总结一下大意是：
1 ECFMG收到我的diploma，但是专业为Public Health，它需要询问中国教育部，是否
公卫可以参加国内的医师考试（CDLE）并进入临床；
2 中国教育部高等教育司高等农林医药教育的处长王启明，这个人是给ECFMG回信的人
，他已经告诉ECFMG有的5年专业可以参加医师考试并进入临床，有的5年专业不可以，
但是具体到公卫专业他应该还没有回复过ECFMG，所以ECFMG还要发信继续询问；

总的来说，好像还有点希望，看来ECFMG不是和卫生部，而是教育部联系。
不知道他收到信是不是都回，呵呵，只好盼望他高抬贵手了。如果有人能有熟人的话就
更好了，这种事国家可能也没有太明确的政策，如果有关系的说不定就放咱们一马了。

1. 小专业的是不是符合ECFMG的要求，估计从课程和学位的title来看
2. 98年后毕业的要求必须通过CDLE考试，98年以前毕业的的还没出现那个考试呢，不
用考的 |

中国参加
医师执照考试（CDLE），所以也没有资格参加美国的考试。
问题是我有很多同学都考完match上了，这是政策的变动还是我的个例？有没有申诉的
可能？

发帖数: 179 | 9 我觉得是最近刚刚确定的。因为前几天打电话的时候，ecfmg的接线员跟我说ecfmg最近
跟中国联系的结果就是如果能参加cdle，就有资格参加考试。其中的有些小专业是可以
的。她还跟我说，如果186报名不是因为表格错误，一般如果通过认证允许报名，就表
明ecfmg允许考试。我没有问哪些具体的专业可以。 |

China.I believe that they took CDLE already. Also, when I graduated, I
actually got a chance to work as a clinician in a big city. So I believe we
