idea". Later, he said: "Should we allow the Chinese to live?"
It came during a skit with children about the amount of U.S. debt held by
foreigners.
"The promotion or even the suggestion of genocide cannot be excused even in
a satirical late-night show," CCNC executive director Victor Wong said in a
media advisory issued today.

郑天华（Douglas Jung），1957年6月10日竞选成功，成为第一位加拿大联邦国会华裔
议员。
郑天华进入国会第一次发言，就提出加拿大要在亚太事务中起带头作用，所以，总理加
迪芬贝克(John Diefenbaker)委派郑天华作为加拿大代表出席1957年9月联合国第12次
大会。会务员看到黄面孔的郑天华坐到了加拿大代表席位上的时候，匆匆走过来说，这
个位置是保留给加拿大代表的。郑天华回答道：我就是加拿大代表【1】。
